4 Precision 2D and 3D CNC Machining Eagle Magnetic prides itself on utilizing the latest NC machining equipment. Our new Hurco VM10 machining center is one of the most versatile in the industry. The BMC 40 Machining Center can handle even the toughest jobs while holding tolerances of ± 002" The Bridgeport VMC 1000 Knee Mill is more than capable of machining to your customized and specific requirements. Precision 2D and 3D CNC Machining Our Bridgeport XV 710 milling center is ideal for meeting your detailed, tight tolerance machining needs. Eagle s machining department utilizes a variety of precision turning equipment such as our Hardinge Super Precision Lathes. We recently added two Hardinge Conquest T42 Lathes with bar feeders to support turned production lots.

5 Precision Metal Cutting To meet your quick turn, or rapid prototype needs, Eagle has two Mazak CO2 lasers and a CNC Vipros 255 punch. Precision Thin Metal Welding Eagle Magnetic specializes in thin metal welding from.010 including various types of materials including nickel, aluminum, stainless, and CRS. Whatever your welding requirements are, we will meet your needs.

6 Development and Forming Capabilities Our new, state of the art Amada HD 8025 NT Brake Press allows us to form high quality, precision parts up to 8 feet wide. We maintain a large library of forming tools to accommodate most forming requirements. Finishing and Grinding Eagle s finishing and grinding department has added a new Timesavers wet grinding and deburring machine. Regardless of the finish your parts require, Eagle is equipped to accommodate your cosmetic requirements.

7 Raw Material & Services Eagle Magnetic offers a full line of Magnetic Shielding Materials per Mil N 14411, Comp 1 and 2. (ASTM A Alloy 4) Our powder coating provides excellent protection and appearance in addition to low processing cost. It is also environmental friendly. We offer most any color and texture available. Eagle offers specialized Magnetic Annealing and Heat Treating processes using different atmospheres and cycles to meet most Military Specifications. Eagle utilizes the latest CAD / CAM Software to facilitate design, documentation, and enhanced production capabilities. Quality Our new LaserQC scanner allows quick and accurate part inspection in addition to reverse engineering of customer supplied flat patterns. Our calibrated surface plates, calipers, height gages, and other equipment allow Eagle to provide part inspection data with the highest degree of precision.
