2 Phase II Phase I Phase III THE PROJECT The City of Chicago named Aeroterm as the developer of approximately 820,000 square feet of Air Cargo Facilities at Chicago O Hare International Airport (ORD) located in Chicago, Illinois. The cargo facilities will include adjacent aircraft ramp accommodating new generation aircraft including Boeing series aircraft. Our warehouse and aviation oriented transfer point facilities are designed with a finished building depth of either 225 feet or 180 feet. Design porvides accessible and contiguous office mezzanine space to improve efficiencies and flexibility. Additionally, our office design is adaptive, allowing office space to be adjacent to the users warehouse operations. Truck courts accomodate industry standard 53 trailers. 5 Availability The Chicago O Hare International Cargo Center project will be delivered in two phases. The timeframe of each phase may be accelerated based on tenant drivers.
