My scholarship is regularly published in peer-review journals and has received external funding. I teach masters- and doctorallevel courses within the Higher Education and Cultural Studies (HECS) Program. I provide leadership for our online master s degree program and have developed numerous graduate courses in an online format. From March to August 2012 I served as the Interim Coordinator of the HECS Program. University of Florida (Gainesville, FL) Presidential Fellow The Presidential Fellowship is one of the highest awards granted to UF doctoral students. The primary responsibilities of my appointment included conducting and disseminating empirical research, co-teaching graduate-level courses in higher education, and formally evaluating UF s Science for Life undergraduate research program.
2 Andrew College (Cuthbert, GA) Director of AndrewServes Servant-Leadership Program and Instructor Directed the daily operations of the servant-leadership program and its administrative staff. Taught four sections of leadership courses throughout the academic year. Responsible for managing the servant-leadership grant of approximately $200,000 annually and coordinating the College s volunteer and community service initiatives. Andrew College (Cuthbert, GA) Public Relations Coordinator and Webmaster Coordinated the College s public relations and marketing efforts. Managing editor for the alumni magazine, admissions literature, newsletters, and web site content. Planned and coordinated all special events including homecoming, community fundraisers, and alumni gatherings. Championed efforts to design and maintain a new web site for the College.
