We will also organize for one of our staff to go inside the airport and await the group. (Special permits must be arranged and arrangements for this need to be made well in time) Guests will then be transferred in safari minivans to the New Stanley Hotel, a 5 star hotel in the city centre. This drive will take approximately 45 minutes depending on traffic. Swift check in will be done upon arrival at the hotel & HTT staff will be on hand to assist. Sarova New Stanley Hotel Sarova Stanley has 217 guest rooms. Dining facilities include the legendary Thorn Tree Cafe, Thai Chi Restaurant which has been awarded as the most authentic Thai restaurant in East Africa, and Exchange Bar which was once the venue for Nairobi's first stock exchange, Pool Deck Restaurant and 24 hour In-room Dining. Business facilities include wireless internet, fully-equipped business centre. The heated pool on the 5th floor adjoins a fully equipped health club with gym, steam, sauna and massage facilities. Rest of the day at leisure and to use the hotels facilities. 19:00 Pick up from hotel and proceed for dinner. We recommend dinner tonight at our famous Carnivore Restaurant. Different types of grilled meats will be served straight at the table in addition to soups and salads and dessert. Vegetarian meals can also be organized upon advance notice. This is a popular restaurant with a wonderful ambiance and African feel. After dinner return back to the hotel. Please note that HTT guides and reps will be with the group.

DAY 02 - NAIROBI - MAASAI MARA 06:30 Breakfast at the hotel. 07:30 Check out and meet in the lobby where your safari driver guides will pick you up and head towards the famous game reserve, the Maasai Mara. This drive will take you past the eastern wall of the Great Rift Valley where your driver/guides will stop at a strategic viewpoint for photography. It is a must to stop at the Great Rift Valley escarpment for a view and photography and also hear what The Driver/guides have to say about this stunning view and the history of this natural wonder. Descend to the floor of the Rift Valley and continue driving towards Maasai Mara. 12:30 Approximate arrival into Masai Mara at the Sarova Mara Game Camp Sarova Mara Game Camp: Sarova Mara Game Camp is located in the heart of the Masai Mara Game Reserve in South West Kenya. The Camp is uniquely laid out over the sprawling grounds that include rolling manicured greens, a virtual mini forest of indigenous shrubs and exotic trees, a large pond stocked with fish, mini bird sanctuary and an authentic Masai Village adjoining the Camp. The Camp includes 20 Club Tents, 51 Standard Tents, a Main Restaurant, Bar and many bush dining options. The free form swimming pool has its own pool bar. The Masai Mara Game Reserve - It s the soul-stirring sense of space that, for some, endures in the memory the oceans of grassland, cropped and yellow in the dry season, tall and green after the rains, alluded in the Maasai name "Mara" (spotted land). For most, however it s the staggering volume of game, in particular the annual migration of up to two million wildebeest, zebra, gazelle and other grazers. 13:00 Enjoy your buffet lunch at the camp. After lunch you will have time to relax before your after noon game drive. 16:00 Your driver/guides will take you for your first game viewing drive in this magnificent reserve. The greatest attraction in the Mara is watching the animals in their natural element; a lion s roar, a cheetah making a kill, the large herds of the migratory wildebeest, an elephant trumpeting in anger and lots of other animal activities are all very fascinating events. 20:00 Dinner tonight is at the camp. Overnight: Sarova Mara Game Camp Meals: FB Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. DAY 03: MAASAI MARA 06:00 You will be woken up this morning to lovely African sunrise and at the lobby coffee, tea and cookies will be ready for you.

4 06:30 Drive off to another adventurous safari drive-in search of wild animals. The early mornings and evenings are the best times to watch the big cats hunt - the lion, the cheetah and the leopard. At these times the most glorious sunrise can be observed. 08:30 Return to the camp for a full buffet breakfast. Mid morning at leisure. OPTION: This morning we suggest the group visiting an authentic local Masai village today so that the children can learn more about the Masai people, their habitat and culture. While here they can do also engage in some community work here as follows: Visit to the Sekenani primary school. This will give them a chance to interact with the students there and gain insight into how learning is on this side of the world. Projects they can do include, painting of the school, clean up around the school, tree planting with the students. We recommend that the kids are split into teams & the teams are then given tasks to do in the school. The day may culminate with a friendly football match with the Sekenani school children. (Donation of educational items can be considered here) 13:00 Return to the camp where lunch will be served in the camp s dining room after which you will have time to rest before the evening safari. 16:00 We will take you for another exciting evening safari in search of the "big five" the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and the buffalo. 18:30 After the game drive you will be driven back to the camp. Prior to dinner we suggest having a Quiz Session based on the events of the previous days. A special area will be set up to organize this activity. This will be conducted by our guides who will quiz the students on what they have learnt over the past few days in terms of wildlife, nature and local culture. Dinner at the camp and overnight. Overnight: Sarova Mara Game Camp Meals: FB Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. DAY 04: MAASAI MARA - LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK Breakfast at the lodge 08:00 Check out and then depart and head towards the Lake Nakuru region. 12:30 Approximate arrival at the Sarova Lion hill lodge in Nakuru. Swift check in will be done at the lodge.

5 The Lake Nakuru National Park is a small park as well as a lake where millions of flamingoes can be seen. The park being small, makes it easy to see the shy Rhino and Leopard in addition to other species of animals. Lake Nakuru is a shallow strongly alkaline lake set in a picturesque landscape of surrounding woodland and grassland. The lake s catchment is bounded by Menengai crater to the north, the Bahati hills to the north east, the lion hill ranges to the east, eburu crater to the south and the mau escarpment to the west. Three rivers, the Njoro, Makalia and Enderit drain into the lake. Lake Nakuru was first gazetted as a bird sanctuary in 1960 and upgraded to National Park status in The Park also contains Kenya s largest population of rhinos. The surface of the lake occupies about a third of the park. The lake supports a dense bloom of the blue-green Cyanophyte Spirulina platensis from which it derives its colour. It is a food source for flamingos Sarova Lion hill lodge Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge is nestled along the Lion Hill overlooking the spectacular flamingo pink rimmed Lake Nakuru. The Lodge is a natural haven for bird life and attracts over 50 species of birds amongst the 400 species that inhabit the Park. The Lodge includes 64 Standard rooms(7 pairs of interconnecting rooms) and 3 Suites, a Main Restaurant, Bar. The swimming pool adjoins a wellness tent. There is an activity room well stocked with indoor games and other recreation facilities for children, a well-equipped meeting room and a Sarova Shop for gifts and souvenirs. The entire Lodge is surrounded by a 24 hour electric fence. 13:00 Enjoy your buffet lunch at your served area. 16:00 Head out on another game drive and lake Tour to see the animals and birdlife. After appreciating the beautiful landscape and nature surrounding them, students will engage in a tree planting activity. They will each be given a tree to plan and name. This makes for a very good team effort and social responsibility activity. 12:30 Return to the lodge for lunch and time at leisure. 16:00 Afternoon game drive and visit to the Lake for a lake tour. 18:30 Return to the lodge.

Overnight: Sarova Lion Hill Lodge Meals: FB Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner DAY 06 LAKE NAKURU NAIROBI DEPART 06:30 Enjoy you buffet breakfast at the lodge. 07:30 You will check out and be driven back to Nairobi. 12:00 Approximate arrival into Nairobi and transfer to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your home bound departure flight. Any cost increases is beyond the control of HTT, and will be charged in addition to the quoted cost. Passport requirements: Please note that passports must be valid for travel and have at-least minimum 3 blank pages (some countries need more than 3 pages) and must also be valid for at least six months from date of departure from origin country. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure they comply with these regulations. Passengers who do not comply with these requirements, will either be stopped from boarding the aircraft or risk deportation on arrival. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure their passports are valid for travel. Visa requirements: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the relevant visa prior to travel and check visa requirements. Hand luggage restrictions Please note that all hand luggage is weighed and measured at the departure gates at the airports. Non-compliance will result in the passenger being returned to the check-in counter where the baggage will be tagged and added to their checked baggage subject to airline conditions. On internal charter and schedule flights luggage allowance is strictly 15 Kgs per person. Please check with the tour consultant about baggage allowance for your booked itinerary. Other conditions beyond the control of HTT Should the government introduce any changes or introduction of any new rules or regulations related to the booked itinerary and falling into the destination/areas/services booked, HTT cannot be held responsible. All quotes are subject to availability and exchange rate fluctuations beyond our control. T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S Payment Terms: 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of the booking. Balance of payment due, is payable 30 days prior to travel date. Should booking be made less than 30 days travel time, full payment will be required. For groups and Incentives payments terms will apply as per policy of the hotels booked and should be checked with your travel consultant. Cancellation Terms: If the client wishes to cancel the whole, or any part of the programme once booking is made, the following cancellation schedule applies subject to change for groups and incentives bookings. Below is a guideline for FIT bookings but for groups or incentives bookings, please seek conditions from your travel consultant. 10 weeks prior to departure Nil charges to apply 8 10 weeks prior to departure 15% cancellation penalties apply 8 weeks prior to departure 25% cancellation fee will be levied 8 to 6 weeks prior to departure 35% cancellation fee will be levied 6 to 4 weeks prior to departure 50% cancellation fee will be levied 4 weeks to 1 day prior to departure 100% of total due, will be levied Insurance: Please note that HTT cannot be held responsible for charges incurred due to cancellation of services booked. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel/medical and cancellation insurance. Terms and Conditions: The given prices are subject to availability/change depending on hotel accommodation available at the time of processing the reservation. The quote is based on the proposed hotels and for the date / month of travel as shown and any change will impact the cost. The check-in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1200 hrs. Early check-in or a late checkout is not guaranteed and is only on request subject to availability. Any unutilised services booked and paid for is non-refundable. The prices are nett with all bank charges to your account. Credit cards payments will attract surcharge. We must receive nett quoted amounts in our bank, whether the amount transferred is in Dollar or any other currency. Rate of exchange will be re-calculated at the time of sending the invoice.

8 Any amendment or cancellation once booking is confirmed will cause cancellation or amendment charges as per hotels and airline terms and conditions as shown below. However for groups and incentives, the terms may change as per the suppliers used. Payment terms and condition are subject to change based on booking date, travelling date, tourist season and supplier terms and conditions. HTT is not liable to pay any compensation for any unutilized services in case of termination of tour. In any kind of Force Majeure factors HTT will look for the most suitable/ possible alternative services with consent of the clients or foreign associate. Any extra cost incurred for organizing alternative services would be borne by the clients or the principal agents. In case of termination of tour mid-way due to any factors no refunds will be made. Once itinerary is confirmed and booked, no date change or name change allowed.
