Shipping is only available within the continental United States. We accept payment via check, wire transfer or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). No COD. Products will be backordered unless we receive notice to cancel backorders; ask your sales or customer service representative for more information. On freight prepaid orders, backordered products will be shipped once the minimum order value is achieved.
