OUR VALUES Our philosophy of our professional responsibility to our clients is based upon the values of honesty and discretion, good business ethics and responsibility, good faith and ongoing support and assessment of our clients needs. FUNDER AND CEO OF THE COMPANY Juan José WILBERGER WEBER Agricultural Engineer, graduate from the National University of La Pampa (1976). He has taken part in many courses, seminars and national and international Congresses, in several of which he acted as moderator. He is the owner of Servicios Agropecuarios, and over the last 20 years he has handled more than 800 lands and ranchs in La Pampa and the central zone of Argentina, thus obtaining important personal knowledge of the different productive areas of its rural geography and the agricultural and livestock capacities of these areas. He possesses widespread regional knowledge and experience in professional administration with goal oriented to technical management of rural investments and appraisal of rural properties. He is a university professor and has an important professional career as an appraiser and consulter of rural buildings and properties and rural investments, real estate and financial institutions. Founder and CEO of Campos de La Pampa, multidisciplinary advisory firm dedicated to Rural Investors interested in lands and ranches located in the Province of La Pampa and bordering areas of neighboring provinces. Opportunity has established a strategic alliance with the broker Luis María Conti, founder and CEO of the Alberdi Real State company, which offered services for the sale, lease and rental of rural properties. That agreement has allowed us to establish ties and mutual cooperation agreements with national and international real estate for the conduct of business management shared. This has expanded the range of possibilities to meet the needs of customers interested in the realization of real estate efforts in other provinces of Argentina and in abroad.

3 intelligent investments with reliable information 3/9 To our valued Rural Investor Among the activities and services that our organization can offer you, we are specialized primarily in the transactions of sales and purchases as well as the leasing of rural farms and Estancias located in the Province of La Pampa, a province comprised of the regions known as The Pampa Plains (Pampa Argentina) and Argentine Patagonia. We are constantly striving to create and produce new services with the aim of meeting the needs of our clients. In this way, through multifaceted professional administration, we are able do rural property appraisals and management for the subdivision of property and acreage, in addition to offering professional and technical counselling prior to the investment, always keeping in mind the planned use of the property (agricultural activities and cattle raising, organic production, the breeding of wild species, big and small game animals and other special business undertakings). As part of our professional management, we offer the necessary counselling and advice which is required to maintain the correct legal, tax and accounting requirements. Whenever necessary, we put investors in contact with companies which provide necessary supplies, commercial enterprises specializing in agricultural activities. We offer management services for the contracting of rural personnel as well as promoting productive use of the land and fields. We are Pampa professionals and, with more than twenty years of experience in this area, we can truthfully state that we know La Pampa province length wise as well as the surrounding areas (we have handled more than 800 rural properties scattered throughout the province), the characteristics of the agricultural activities (which enable us to assess the best use of the properties in the different areas), the special characteristics of the rural real estate market (appraising properties and rural investments), and the expertise in appraisals based on productivity which allow us to set a fair price on rural farms (we are appraisers for banking and financial institutions). The foregoing activities and services permit us to say that we comprise one of the few, if not the only, groups with professionals who have had the opportunity to know each one of the 135 cities, towns and rural hamlets along of the province. Our professional activities are supported by a team of professionals with respect to their knowledge, experience, honesty, discretion, personal treatment and complete dedication to serving the needs and desires of our clients. We wish to emphasis once again that our company offers a personal and confidential treatment by well trained professionals in the field to make sure that you receive benefits from our knowledge and experience. Our province has a real estate market characterized by a permanent and important investment demand and is equipped with rural establishments suitable for crops; cow and calving breeding stock, fattening cattle on pastures and feed lots, for slaughter and for dairy cattle; for sheep and goat production; for the cultivation of fruits and vegetable, forestry, forage and grain crops using light irrigation methods; for breeding of red deer of La Pampa and other wild species; for enterprises specializing in big and small game hunting, rural tourism in all its different forms. Currently, potential investors can consider purchase options of land, ranches (estancias) and hunting preserves for both big and small game with land size from 2,500 to 150,000 hectáreas (1 hectárea is 100 meters by 100 meters square, approximately 2.5 acres for each hectárea) and in a price range from 2 to 20 million dollars.
