3 WELCOME TO ASHTON GATE HOME OF BRISTOL CITY FOOTBALL CLUB AND BRISTOL RUGBY CLUB Ashton Gate Stadium is currently undergoing a 45m rebuild. Due for completion in August 2016, it will become a 27,000-capacity, state-of-the-art multi-use stadium and the largest conference and events venue in the South West. Ashton Gate Stadium unveiled its brand new South Stand and remodelled Dolman Stand in August The new South Stand holds just over 6,000 fans and includes a double-height glass-fronted Sports Bar & Grill, a 250-seater restaurant with terrace and views over the pitch, coffee shop, store and museum. It also has five purpose-built meeting rooms, all with natural daylight, high-speed wifi and balconies overlooking the pitch. On matchdays, the Dolman concourse will transform into Market Street with a variety of food options all sourced from the local area. The roof of the Dolman Stand has been extended along with the lower seating tier and will provide much greater coverage for fans, as well as connecting the whole roof structure together to eventually create a linked, horse-shoe-shaped concourse around three sides of the ground. Construction of the two-tier 11,000-seater West Stand began in August 2015 and will be completed for the start of the 2016/17 season. It also has a wide variety of event spaces. Stephen Lansdown created Bristol Sport with a vision to make Bristol a sporting city. Inspired by a visit to Barcelona and its multi-sport approach at the Nou Camp, he has set about bringing together a group of sports teams and uniting them under one banner. Bristol Sport looks after all the commercial interests of its clubs. The multi-million pound rebuild of Ashton Gate Stadium is the lynch-pin to the model which includes Bristol City, Bristol City Women, Bristol Rugby, Bristol Rugby Ladies, Bristol Flyers Basketball and Bristol Sport Racing.

11 Booking Terms and Conditions: 1. The booking agreement is between the person, company or organisation identified in the booking information and the owning, leasing or operating company of the venue, as applicable. Please enquire with the stadium for more details. 2. The booking terms and conditions of the stadium apply and may be obtained upon request at the stadium. 3. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 10 per guest is requested within ten days of booking. 4. Final numbers must be made known to the venue and final balances for all events are required to be paid four weeks prior to the event. Failure to do so will be deemed to constitute your cancellation of the booking without prior notification to or from the stadium and will terminate our contract with you. 5. All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. 6. Prices include VAT at the current rate. 7. Event and prices subject to availability at the time the booking is made. 8. Details and prices are correct at time of going to print please check with the stadium upon booking. 9. The date of the client s function has been offered in good faith. However, in the unlikely event of a primary purpose fixture or any other sports or stadium related event being arranged for the date in question, the company shall not be held liable nor required to pay compensation for any loss sustained as a result of or in any way arising out of its cancellation of the function as aforesaid. A full refund will be given. 10. Any special dietary requirements must be made known to the stadium at least two weeks prior to the event date. 11. All menus may be subject to change without notice. 12. The stadium has its own car park, there may be a charge and/or limited spaces available and space may not be guaranteed for the duration of the function. Terms and conditions may also apply to car park use. Please contact the stadium directly for more information. Cars and their contents are left at the owner s/ customer s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law). 13. Guests are not permitted to smoke or vapour in conference or public areas.
