6 Statistics Our real time statistics service, based on Awstats, enables controlling the technical functioning of your application, be it a web/wap portal, a streaming event, etc. Reporting interface generates statistical analyses and diagrams regarding the service use, with charts and graphics. 9 Webcasting: an ad hoc service for live events interact Webcast services offer a turnkey solution for broadcasting various live events, ranging from the setup and organization of filming to the distribution towards end users. The quality of our service is based on a solid, reliable network infrastructure combined with maximum scalability and customization options. Setup and filming The service offered envisages: On the spot inspection, analysis of the requirements and configuration of the platform: interact staff performs on the spot inspections for the purpose of checking the environment where event filming takes place and the technical requirements for video streaming broadcasting. In this phase we evaluate and plan the correct lighting required for the filming environment, how to arrange the camcorders according to the type of event, the sound system specifications, the wide band internet connection availability. A team will be sent later to provide the set with the necessary equipment and perform the first filming and broadcasting tests. Filming: event filming is performed by operators specialized in live video filming, supplied with Sony HDV professional camcorders. Film direction: an operator is dedicated to shooting direction with a multichannel digital mixer. Sound: a sound engineer is responsible for managing the sound system and estimate live broadcasting quality. Photography: definition of the photography and management of the lighting interact Encoding Station: for the entire length of the event we can provide highperformance Adobe Flash/Windows Media/ Real video encoding stations. Media Encoder supervisor: a professional operator attends to encoder management and control. 9
