REDAS President Mr Chia Boon Kuah will be leading a delegation of property developers and business associates to Jakarta from May The focus of the trip is to gain a deeper understanding of the real estate development and the opportunities in Jakarta and Indonesia. 2. The trip will include visits to development sites as well as meetings with Indonesia s Investment Coordinating Board, BKPM, courtesy call to the Governor of Jakarta, networking session with Realestat Indonesia and a golf Club (optional). Through the meetings with government, city and REI officials and site visits, we hope to forge closer ties with our Indonesian counterparts. 3. The Programme will be arranged as follows : 15 May Visit selected completed projects and development sites; 16 May Meeting with Indonesia s Investment Coordinating Board, BKPM; Courtesy call to the Governor of Jakarta Mr Joko Widodo; Club or tour of shopping malls Networking dinner with Realestat Indonesia; 17 May City tour and visit development sites / Return to Singapore Please refer to Annex A for more details of the trip itinerary. Cost Per Participant 4. To facilitate meetings and for the benefit of enjoying corporate rates, REDAS will arrange for hotel accommodation and the booking of air-tickets. The cost per participant (excluding insurance and golf game) is indicated in the table below. 2 Common Costs 5. In addition, each participant will pay a non-refundable participation fee of S$500 nett. (inclusive of GST). This fee will go towards all official common expenses including ground transportation, local guide for the 3 days/2 nights programme, mission gifts, mission tags and networking receptions.
