We offer a unique team building experience that we can not only customize for your staff needs, but provide a fun, creative experience that will be sure to get your team talking and working together! Choose from one of our 3 options and get your team ready to Create and Celebrate! 1 Collaboration Mural What it IS: Each staff member creates a small portion of a large painting. When all paintings are put together, it creates one cohesive project that can then be hung inside your office location for all to see! Custom designs specific to your profession are available. Cost: $45/person Minimum: 10 participants 2 Musical Chairs Project What it IS: It s painting musical chairs! One painting design is chosen, then each person begins their painting by following our guided step by step instruction. After a certain point, everyone moves to the right and places their artistic talents on the next canvas. At the end, they each have a work of art where everyone on their team contributed to its success. Sound familiar? Cost: $42/person Minimum: 10 participants 3 Standard Project Creating What it IS: If you are looking for an opportunity to just get together, socialize, have fun, and be creative. This option is our standard teambuilding package. You pick the project or have one created for $25 flat fee. Join together and we ll guide you through the process. We still provide you with a team building experience from start to finish. 2 Corporate Team Building About US Mission: To bring the joy of creating to communities through fun art, creative crafts, DIY & textiles with the goal of cultivating social connections, skill building & fostering creative expression. I will do it then, said the little red hen. When Jennifer Winslow founded Little Red Hen Studio in 2015, she was inspired by the impact creativity has on people that would normally not use art as a go to activity. Not only did everyday people enjoy creating, they found a joyful place within themselves that, for some, is rarely tapped into. Arts and crafts have become accessible to everyone as a social activity and this is a reason to celebrate. She found that when she was creating, she felt more connected to harmony and joy and wanted to share that with the world. She discovered that when people were lost in the act of creation, they were comfortable and free in themselves and had broken free from the constant technology that invades their everyday minds. It was with this idea that she set out to join people together through teaching fun art, not fine art. She had experienced painting franchises and ventures that were a great start, but found them limiting. Why can t we do all different types of art, mixed media, sewing and more? She thought. And just like that, the seed was planted and has grown into the Little Red Hen Studio.

3 Package 1: Collaboration Mural Step 1) Choose a Package Our artist will prepare a custom zentangle type design that can be enlarged to a size covering several canvas boards. The design will be transferred onto a clear vellum sheet and projected onto the wall where the correct number of canvas will be taped vertically. Your staff will be divided up into teams of two and placed on rotating team activities. One of the activities will be to trace the projected portion of the image onto their chosen canvas board. Team activities will continue to rotate until all canvases have been traced. Next, your staff will have to communicate with those who have canvas connected to theirs as the image will flow from their canvas to others. They will have to coordinate colors and styles of the shared image to make sure they flow correctly. On the remaining parts of the canvas, they have the creative freedom to interject their own style and skill. Throughout the entire process, our art instructor will guide them through achieving certain techniques until they get the look that they are proud of. When everyone is finished painting, we put all of the canvas back together to reveal one cohesive painting. Then we have a 10-minute discussion period to talk about what they learned about each other, how the process can apply to the business, and any challenges/successes they experienced along the way. The entire piece can then be hung in a public area of your office to remind the team that although they may be individuals, it s when all of the pieces come together that something amazing is created! Cost: $45/person Minimum: 10 people Package 2: Musical Chairs Project After an initial icebreaker, each person will sit down at his or her own canvas. The project will be broken down into several individual steps. The art instructor will begin with step 1 and ask each person to complete this step on the canvas in front of him or her. After step 1 is complete, each person will stand and move to the seat on their right where the next step will be issued. Now they will be painting on the canvas to the right. This will continue until all steps are complete.

4 Once the paintings are complete, they will return to their original seat and see how each person contributed to their masterpiece. We will have a 10-minute discussion session to talk about how the process can apply to the business, how each person interpreted their steps, and how the steps came together to build such different pieces of work. They can then have a canvas to keep at their desk to remind them that everyone plays an important role in creating the final outcome. Cost: $42/person Minimum: 10 people Package 3: Standard Art Project Prior to the event, your team will work with our artist to create a custom designed project that reflects your company image, style, or purpose. We will begin with a group ice-breaker. Each person will have his or her own canvas or supplies to create the chosen project. Our art instructor will guide them through creating their own artwork step-by-step until project completion. Once the project is complete, we will have a 10-minute discussion session about how the painting reflects the company. Each person can then keep their own painting at their office or home to remind them of what they work toward everyday. Cost: $40/person Minimum: 10 people

5 Included Team Building Activities Included in all three of our packages are the following activities: 1. Initial Ice Breaker- 10 minutes Your Color Personality: Each person will take turns choosing an object of a particular color that they are drawn to. Each color represents a personality type. These will be read aloud one-by-one and everyone can determine if it s a match to the person s actual personality. Custom Ice Breaker: If you have a particular goal in mind or theme for your Team Building event, we can create an ice-breaker that aligns with your goals. 2. Rotating team activities/dry Break activities- 15 minutes Back-to-back: Each team of 2 sits back-to-back, one is handed a simple drawing, the other is handed a blank sheet of paper and pencil. The first describes the drawing in detail while the other listens to the directions and draws. Prizes given to the team closest to the original drawing. Minute to Win It: Each team of 2 will be given 1 minute to complete the assigned task. If they complete it, they win a prize or ticket to win a prize. After 1 minute, everyone rotates to another activity. Play continues until each team has rotated to each activity. Truth or Truth Jenga: A Jenga game is compiled in the center of the room with truth questions written on each block. Everyone takes turns pulling a Jenga block and answering the question listed. If they cause the tower to fall, they must answer 3 questions chosen by the rest of the group. 3. Overall Project- 1 hour, 25 minutes 4. Final Discussion session- 10 minutes How did the project relate to your business/job? What were the challenges you faced during the creation of the project? How did you overcome those challenges? Name one thing you learned about a co-worker that you did not know before today. Where are you going to display your project? When you look at your project, what will it remind you of? What is your favorite part about the activity or your project?

6 Book Your Event Ready to book a unique team building experience? We have two options: 1) In-Studio event: Our studio is located in Lakewood at 1169 S. Alkire St. next to Green Mountain. We have both an outdoor patio that seats up to 20 artists and an indoor space that can seat up to 40. If you would like to book our studio, go to click on Book Now, select Private Party, and Private Party Booking (In-Studio). Complete the registration process and pay your $50 deposit. A member of our staff will contact you to go over your details and begin customizing your event experience. You are welcome to bring any food, snacks, drinks (alcohol or non-alcohol), decorations, or other items into our studio. You can access the studio up to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot to set up. 2) Mobile event: We have a full team of mobile artists that can travel to your location and perform the selected package at a convenient time for you and your staff. Want to hold a fun lunch hour team building session, we can do that! We ll bring all supplies needed. The only requirement is that we have a minimum of 12 paid attendees participating in the session. To book a mobile party, follow the same steps as above, but select Private Party Booking (Mobile). A $50 deposit is required to secure your preferred date and time.
