3 FRIWO mission statement We live by our mission statement what FRIWO stands for, our goals and the values that dictate our daily work. The statement describes our mission, our vision, our values and goals and our management and employee principles. Our mission describes who we are and what we do; FRIWO s vision summarizes what we aspire to. Our values explain what makes us special and what we stand for. Our goals outline where we want to go and what we will focus on in the future. Our management and employee principles lay down how we treat each other and what inspires the way we work together. The mission statement is therefore the "guiding light" governing all of FRIWO s activities it applies to decisions we have to make in our daily work as well as to our fundamental strategic orientation. If we make this mission statement the foundation of our FRIWO culture that we live by every day, it will give us guidance and show us the way, especially in an ever faster changing environment. All managers and employees must comply with the company mission statement at all times and it must be reflected in all our internal and external activities. But this will only happen if we let it guide us in everything we think and do, if we live it in our daily work together, in the way we treat each other and in all our actions. 4 Mission and vision Mission FRIWO develops, produces and sells innovative, efficient and competitive power supplies in the international market. We create sustainable value for our customers, employees, stockholders, suppliers and other partners. Vision Our goal is to be market leader! FRIWO is aiming for the top when it comes to efficiency, quality, service, innovation and profitability.

5 Business model FRIWO is one of the leading producers of power supplies and chargers in the world. We develop customer-specific power supply solutions in addition to our extensive standard product range. Our top quality products are highly efficient, compact in design and extremely safe. We have development and production sites in Germany, Europe and Asia, placing us in close proximity to our customers. We can therefore provide them with a maximum of service and flexibility as well as giving them a competitive edge. We are also an EMS (electronic manufacturing services) provider and carry out the entire order process for electronic components, equipment and systems for our customers. Our customers are leading producers in the following target groups: Industrial automation and engineering Medical Building equipment Cordless power tools and gardening tools Domestic small appliances Lighting Kitchen appliances (white goods) Weighing and measuring technology EMS IT & Communication

9 Management principles XXBasics Our managers focus their actions on customer service, our employees and therefore the company itself. XXRole model Our managers are fully aware that they are a role model for the company as well as third parties and act accordingly at all times. XXWorking together Respect, fairness and reliability are the most important characteristics of any working relationship. We treat each other with respect by providing material information in a timely manner, clearly defining tasks and goals and by giving regular and reasonable feedback. Our managers offer advice and suggestions to all employees, boosting everyone s responsibility for their own actions as well as promoting responsible behavior in all business activities. Managers ensure that team positions are filled by individuals who are able to carry out their defined duties and achieve their goals. They are responsible for continuously and sensibly developing team skills and offering support to individual members in their personal advancement.
