7 SCIENCE FAIR CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS Yu and a parent/guardian need t sign and return this by SEPTEMBER 30, All middle schl students in Mineral Cunty are required, as part f the science curriculum, t cmplete a science prject each schl year. A well-designed and executed science prject requires a majr investment f time and energy n the part f the student. Fr this reasn, grades n science prjects will cmprise ne third f their 9 weeks grade. ` The team prject categry will be an ptin fr eighth graders nly. All sixth and seventh grade students must cmplete individual prjects. Eighth grade students wh chse t d team prjects must sign a cntract agreeing t the cnditins set frth fr this special categry.
