Created in the late 1400s, the garden is today in the structure commissioned in the 1570 by Agostino Giusti, knight of the Venetian Republic and gentleman of the Grand Duke of Tuscany. Then you will be taken on a walk through the rice fields and in the rooms of the company dedicated to the manufacture of cereal with the intent to convey the qualities and merits of a product of the short chain.
