1 [CH CHAPTER 249 RESERVES (SECTION 4) The places mentioned below have been declared to be reserves for the protection of wild birds. G.N. 16/1951 Big Derby Island. Little Derby Island. Guana Cay. Goat Cay. Betsy Cay. G.N. 130/1954. High Cay. 5 miles south of Fresh Creek opposite the north mouth of Young Sound, Andros. Grassy Creek Cays: Six Cays including North Rock and 2 small rocks. Cays in the vicinity of Washerwoman s Cut-about 25 cays and rocks including Dolly Cay, Sister Rocks and Pigeon Cay. Goat Cay. Big Galliot Cay. The Channel Cays: 2 Cays known as Channel Cay and Flay Cay. About 8 miles eastward of the southeastern end of Andros Island. About 12 miles southeastward of the southeastern end of Andros. North of the eastern end of Little San Salvador. Southwest of the southeastern end of Wiltshire s Cay, Exuma Range. Northwest of Stocking Island and 4¼ miles northwest of George Town, Exuma. ¼ mile west of Channel Cay.

Waterloo ALL THAT tract of land containing 200 acres, more or less, which is a portion of a larger tract of land known as Waterloo and which is situated on the northern side of West Bay Street at a point about 13 miles westward of the City of Nassau and about 4,900 feet westward of the junction of the Windsor Field Road with West Bay Street, which said tract is bounded as follows On the south by that portion of West Bay Street-1,700 feet long, more or less-which commences from a point about 4,900 feet westward of the junction of the Windsor Field Road with West Bay Street and extends thence in a westwardly direction for 1,700 feet to the junction of West Bay Street with the road to Lightbourne Creek. On the west partly by that portion of the said road to Lightbourne Creek which commences from West Bay Street and extends in a northwestwardly direction to a point 1,330 feet (approximately) distant from West Bay Street and thence partly by a line bearing north 52 degrees 45 minutes west for a distance of 400 feet to the High Water Mark or the northern coast of New Providence Island. On the east by a line which commences from the above-mentioned point on West Bay Street which is 4,900 feet westward of its junction with the Windsor Field Road and extends thence north 16 degrees 55 minutes west for a distance of 2,056 feet to a point on the southern bank of the channel of Lightbourne Creek.

3 [CH On the north partly by the High Water Mark on that portion of the northern coast of New Providence Island which extends from the mouth of Lightbourne Creek westwardly to the northern extremity of the western boundary described above, and partly by that portion of the southern bank of the channel of Lightbourne Creek which extends from its mouth to a northeastwardly direction to the northern extremity of the above described eastern boundary. Latitude north, longitude west, in the group of cays known as Schooner Cays. 4 miles north-west of Powells Point, Eleuthera Island. Little Island or Little San Salvador. Latitude north, longitude west, 11½ miles southwest of the northern end of Cat Island. G.N. 247/1962 A rock in the Exuma Cays. About 50 yards off the northeastern shore of Hog Cay at a point about 1,000 yards westward of the eastern end of the said Hog Cay in the southeastern section of the Exuma Cays.

Peterson Cay Golf Course Race Course Prospect Water Works Prospect Hospital Lake Cunningham Red Sound Twin lakes That group of cays in the Exuma Range of Cays bounded to the North by Wax Cay Cut and to the South by Conch Cut and having the following geographical co-ordinates: Latitude N Longitude W Latitude N Longitude W Latitude N Longitude W Latitude N Longitude W The Cay lying in the Northwest Providence Channel approximately three thousand (3,000) feet south of Boggy Point on the Southern Shore of the Island of Grand Bahama. That area of land on the Island of New Providence bounded on the North by West Bay Street, to the East by Prospect Road, to the South by John F. Kennedy Drive (Interfield Road) and to the West by Blake Road.
