Vegas NHL franchise will represent the people of our city especially our Season Ticket Members who were instrumental in the league s final decision. I am excited to continue down this journey with all of you. T-Mobile Arena, which opened its doors in April, is a premier venue with first-class amenities that will change the landscape of Las Vegas. It is an incredible arena that was built with the primary goal of housing an NHL franchise. 7 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ADA Seating DOES THE ARENA OFFER SPECIAL-NEEDS SEATING? If you have any physical needs, please be sure to notify us, so we can do our best to accommodate you with ADA seating or special requests. WILL I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SECURE PRE-PAID SEASON TICKET PARKING? At this time, we are working with our building partners, MGM and AEG, to determine any season parking allotment the team may be able to offer to fans. In the coming months, we will communicate full details on all parking options, including price and availability. Premium seats are located in the Center Ice Club, Opera Boxes, Terrace Tables and Luxury Suites. HOW DO I PURCHASE A PREMIUM SEAT? Premium seating options are located in the Center Ice Club, Opera Boxes, Terrace Tables and Luxury Suites. All premium seating requires a contractual obligation.if you are interested in purchasing one of these premium seating options, please contact the Ticketing & Premium Department directly at (702) HOW MUCH AM I REQUIRED TO PAY WHEN I SELECT MY SEASON TICKETS? I HAVE PREVIOUSLY MADE A MONETARY DEPOSIT TOWARDS MY SEASON TICKETS. WHEN IS THAT MONEY APPLIED? For accounts that have selected a 1-year term, your deposit will be applied towards the last payment in year 1 (if you elect to pay in full, your amount due will be the full amount less the previously submitted deposit). ARE THERE FINANCIAL INCENTIVES TO SELECTING A 3, 5, OR 10 YEAR TERM INSTEAD OF A 1-YEAR TERM? Yes. Accounts that select a 3-year term are automatically eligible for a price freeze for the 2017 and 2018 seasons (2 year price freeze), while season ticket members that sign up for a 5- or 10-year term are automatically eligible for a price freeze for the 2017, 2018 and 2019 (3 year price freeze) seasons. Upon selection of your season tickets, all accounts are required to pay a minimum of 20% of the first year cost of your tickets. Over the subsequent months, you will have the opportunity to make equal, interest-free payments to pay off the balance on your account. You may also pay for 50% of your order upon purchase and the remaining 50% on March 20, 2017; or fans may elect to pay their entire balance at the time you select seats.. 7 VegasIsHockey.com

8 AM I ELIGIBLE FOR THE COMPLIMENTARY TEAM REPLICA JERSEY AND IF SO, HOW DO I OBTAIN MY JERSEY? Season ticket members will receive one complimentary jersey for every 2 full season tickets on account, with a maximum of 3 jerseys per account (6 full season seats). You will receive a separate communication requesting your preferred jersey size; and establishing a timeline for delivery of your complimentary jersey(s). Jerseys will be available shortly after your account is paid in full for the 2017 season. AM I ELIGIBLE TO MAINTAIN MY ACCOUNT AND KEEP MY SEASON TICKETS ONCE MY ORIGINAL TERM EXPIRES? Yes. You have first right on your season seats annually. Your seats will only become available to other season ticket members if you elect to not renew your seats for the subsequent season. Annual renewal information will be communicated at a later date. WILL I HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE MY SEATS AFTER A SEASON? Yes. At the conclusion of each season, season ticket members will have the opportunity to relocate their seats; however, available seats are subject to availability, so no guarantee exists that fans will be able to relocate. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS IF I CANNOT MAKE A GAME? As part of our ticketing partnership with our vendor, AXS, fans that cannot attend a game will have the opportunity to forward or re-sell their tickets online through the Flash Seat system. 9 Live Lucky Lounge Upper Concourse Optum Lounge Event Level DEFINITIONS Accessible Seating: Seating areas that accommodate a wheelchair and a companion seat, located on an open, level space that has a smooth, stable and slip-resistant surface. A companion seat is a conventional seat that accommodates a friend or companion of the patron in a wheelchair. APA (Automatic Payment Agreement): Payment schedule outlining your payments towards the cost of season tickets. The APA is signed and executed at time of seat selection. Center Ice Club Seats: Located in the two center sections on the east and west sides of the arena, seats start in row 4 and continue up to the main concourse level. These seats have access to the Bud Light Lounge and Jack Daniels Lounge, which are both adjacent to the seating section and require a multi-year agreement. Customer of Record: The name of the season ticket holder that is listed on the account with the team. This person or company will receive all official correspondence. Season ticket accounts may be transferred one-time and are subject to a $250 administrative transfer fee. Deposit: The nominal amount required to be submitted to the team by the current customer of record; this secures your seat request in T-Mobile Arena for the NHL season. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable once seats have been selected. Half-Season Ticket Plan: A ticket plan that includes 22 home games. Upon release of the schedule, half-season plan holders will have the opportunity to choose between one of two predetermined half-season ticket plans, plan A or B, which will include specific game dates and opponents. Full-Season Ticket Plan: A season ticket plan that includes all 44 home games and pre-season games. Premium Seating: Seats in T-Mobile Arena located in designated sections with accompanying amenities, membership privileges and services, such as club/ lounge access, special parking areas/entrances, and concierge services and member-only special events. Priority: Determines the order in which current season ticket members will select their seats. Priority is first determined by account longevity (number of years committed), followed by date of deposit, as well as number of tickets purchased. Customers of record with the highest priority will be accommodated first. Quarter Season Plan: A ticket plan that includes 11 home games. Upon release of the schedule, quarter season plan holders will have the opportunity to choose between one of the four pre-determined quarter season plans A, B, C or D which will include specific game dates and opponents. Seat Partners: Individuals other than the official customer of record who are listed on a season ticket account solely to authorize them to (1) pick up tickets or other items (e.g., parking passes) that have been pre-approved by the customer of record; and (2) obtain replacement seat passes (e.g., to replace lost or stolen tickets). Term Length: The number of years a customer committed to keep the season ticket account in good standing. VIP Glass Seats: Located throughout the main concourse, seats are in rows 1 3 behind the Glass. These seats have access to the Patron and Optum Lounges, which are both adjacent to the seating section and require a multi-year agreement. GIVING BACK America s freedom comes at a great cost.
