2 Oe-way valves Key features Fuctio Flow cotrol or oe-way valves regulate the pisto speed of peumatic drives durig advace ad retur strokes. This is doe through suitable restrictio of the flow rate of compressed air i exhaust air or supply air directio. With the oe-way valve GRLA or GRLZ, the fuctio works i oe directio oly (exhaust air or supply air); the o-retur fuctio works i the opposite directio. With the flow cotrol valve GRLO, the fuctio is active i both directios. The fuctio creates a adjustable aular gap iside the valve. This gap ca be icreased or decreased by turig the kurled screw or slotted head screw. The required restrictio ca be set with the help of this adjustmet compoet. -H- Note The documetatio for the flow cotrol valves ca be foud at Geeral iformatio Stadard omial flow rate qn The stadard omial flow rate qn is the flow rate based o stadard coditios at a operatig pressure of p1 = 6 bar ad a output pressure of p2 = 5 bar, measured at room temperature t = 20 C. Stadard flow rate q The stadard flow rate is measured at a operatig pressure of p1 = 6 bar ad a output pressure with respect to atmospheric pressure (p2 = 0 bar).
