2 Parking situation in the morning Fortunately due to the fact that more children are brought to our school every morning, there is also a bigger number of cars driving up. Please pay attention to running students and drive at an adapted speed. Please also talk to your child that it needs to pay particular attention in the morning, when all cars arrive at our parking lot. If we all take a little care, we will definitely manage the traffic density well. We would especially like to thank Mr. Funsch, who campaigned for us at the city administration, so that the passing spaces on our road to school were paved. Thank you for your dedication. Our new school parents representatives We congratulate our new school parents representatives. Mr. Funsch is the first parents speaker and Mrs. Hübner is the second. We are looking forward to a good cooperation. 5 th 9 th October: School circus week This year s school circus begins on 5 th October. After our first recess, the children may participate in various workshops (acrobatics, juggling, ). Afterwards, they may decide to stay with one particular group, and they will train with a circus worker during 3 rd -6 th lesson. Each day, in the 1 st and 2 nd lesson, the students will have Math and German, so that these two subjects are not neglected during that week. On Friday, 9 th October, the students will present their skills during a circus evening which will begin at 5pm. We look forward to seeing you! Our dedicated parents, who are responsible again for planning the meal offer, would also appreciate the participation of hard-working helpers and supporters. For that, please contact Mrs. Hübner under 0151/ or Mr. Fischer under 0173 / You may also participate using the Doodle list which you will receive in the upcoming days.

3 We still need: Helpers for setting up everything and dismantling (in the morning at 8am and in the evening) waffle makers, waffle batter 1-2 ushers helpers for the register and the booking stand filled thermos bottles with tea, coffee or hot chocolate Hay, saw dust, dry dog food, colored light bulbs Photographer for the event evening / filming Warming pots for hot dogs Every helping hand is welcome. We would already like to thank all dedicated parents for your participation. Every child receives two cards for free. Additional ones are available at our school office. With more than 4 cards per child, we must reserve the right, however, to put them on a waiting list. A final promise can only be given at the end of the circus week. We ask for your understanding. Our goal is to allow all children to take as many family members and friends as possible to the circus performance. In order to be able to offer this project to your children we are dependent on donations and your help on the event evening. Donation boxes will be set up on the circus event evening. Donations can be transferred directly to booster club (Sparkasse Bayreuth, BLZ , Ktnr.: ). We are happy for every financial support! We would already like to thank Dr. Wiesent and our friend association, who have been kind enough to bear the expenses for this project and therefore make it possible for every child to participate for free. Thank you very much! 22 nd October: 1.
