You may purchase an e-lex video by logging in with your LegalOne ID. All e-lex videos will be listed in the Media Library. You may click on any video, within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, to access the video.

2 Can I purchase videos via any offline methods? Purchasing of e-lex videos is only available online. To purchase a video, please log in using your LegalOne ID. I am an Online Purchase Co-ordinator (OPC). Can I purchase e-lex videos on behalf of my firm? Purchase of e-lexis not available to OPC. Lawyers who are interested in the videos may purchase an e-lex video by logging in with their LegalOne ID. How long can I watch the e-lex videos after the purchase? Each video has a viewing period of 2 weeks (14 calendar days) from the date of purchase. Payment How can I pay for the e-lex videos? You may pay for the e-lex videos using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Can I pay for the e-lex videos using cash, cheque or any other offline payment modes? Payment for e-lex videos can only be made online, using Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Are the e-lex videos Credit Dollars (C$) redeemable? Yes. The e-lex videos are Credit Dollars (C$) redeemable. CPD Points Are these e-lex videos accredited by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education (SILE) for Public CPD Points? These videos are not accredited activities for Public CPD Points. However, lawyers may be able to claim Private CPD Points.

3 Can I claim Private CPD Points after watching these e-lex videos? Lawyers may claim Private CPD Points for videos by updating their e-portfolio with SILE. Mobile Android Tablets What devices are supported? Android tablets version 2.2 (Froyo) and above are supported. What is the minimum transmission speed for my internet connection? Wi-Fi over broadband with at least 2 Mbps, 4G or strong 3G signal What is the minimum tablet size and screen resolution? Best displayed on tablets with 7 inch screen or larger, at resolution of at least Lower resolution or smaller tablet size may display improperly. How do I use InterCall s Webcast Studio? If you hare having difficulties accessing or viewing the e-lex videos, you may want to use the online ticketing system through the webcast player to log your issues with accessing/viewing the e-lex videos. After which, you will receive an initial informing you that your ticket has been received. The technical support team will review your online ticket and respond within 4 business hours.
