1 Planetdwellers Peru 2015 Tour LIMA / CUZCO / SACRED VALLEY / MACHU PICCHU Day 1 - Saturday July 4th 2015 LIMA Welcome to stunning Peru! After you arrive at Lima International airport, your transfer will be waiting for you as you exit Customs and take you to our hotel. Check in time is 2pm. Relax and refresh. At 8pm meet your Planetdwellers guide at the hotel lobby where we will head to Huaca Restaurant where we will enjoy our group Welcome dinner. With food in our bellies and a few drinks we head back to our hotel Overnight at the Hotel Sonesta Olivar Day 2 - Sunday July 5th 2015 LIMA We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Around 9am we start our Lima City tour. The tour will show off some of the most exciting and colourful parts of this coastal city. From upmarket Miraflores, Downtown Lima, the Plaza Mayor and the freaky but astounding San Francisco Convent with the Catacombs. Lunch is next and we head to the beach to Cala Restaurant, a great place to enjoy a fabulous meal with an awesome view, plus we learn the art of making the perfect Pisco Sour Peru s potent national drink. After lunch we head back to our hotel via the coastal route. In the evening we meet at the lobby and head out to Larco Museum to see the unique and erotic ancient Peruvian pottery exhibition. After the tour we will have dinner at the Museum at their renowned restaurant. After dinner we wander to a quintessential Liman bar for a drink to celebrate our last night in Lima. 2 Day 3 - Monday July 6th 2015 LIMA TO CUZCO After another hearty Peruvian breakfast we make our way to Lima airport for our flight to Cuzco. From Cuzco airport we head to our central downtown hotel and check in, we have time to relax and acclimatise to the altitude. Around 1.30pm we head to Lunch at Chica Restaurant. From Chica Restaurant we do a walking tour of Cuzco city and the beautiful and mesmerising surrounds. Acclimatise further by indulging in the famous Cacao tea at one of the many cafes and watch the locals go by. In the evening we meet up to venture out to Limo Restaurant, one of Cuzco s hot spots. After dinner you have the option to join us for visit to some small bars or be dropped back at the hotel. Day 4 - Tuesday July 7th 2015 CUZCO Our day starts with a gorgeous breakfast in the quaint hotel restaurant, than we start our Cuzco coach city tour. We visit the most important places in Cuzco and surroundings, ancient temples, Cathedrals, Sacsayhuaman and more. Lunch calls and we are off to Pachapapa Restaurant. We head back downtown for coffee and snacks and you are free to walk around and shop, take pictures and engulf your senses in the amazing city. Tonight we enjoy dinner at Map Cafe, another contemporary dining Gem. Day 5 - Wednesday July 8th 2015 Sacred Valley After breakfast we start our full day tour to the Sacred Valley and Mara Moray. The Sacred Valley of the Incas was a crucial area for the Inca empire and it functioned as an agricultural, spiritual and political centre. There are many Inca and Pre-Inca sites

3 that can be found in the Sacred Valley and our tour visits the 2 main sites, Pisac and Ollantaytambo. Next up is lunch at Parador de Moray. We then continue our trip around the breathtaking valley and head to our stunning mountain base hotel to check in. Relax and refresh, we are not venturing too far tonight, just hanging out in the remarkably peaceful hotel grounds and enjoying dinner at the hotel Overnight at the Hotel Sonesta Posada Day 6 - Thursday July 9th 2015 Machu Picchu An early start for our amazing adventure ahead, we transfer to Ollantaytambo to take the train to Machu Picchu. Our train trip takes the route of the Urubamba River all the way to the cloud forest that surrounds Machu Picchu, the perfect way to enjoy the high Andes throughout the journey. On arrival to Aguas Calientes we head straight up to Machu Picchu for your guided tour of the site. Here you will also have the chance to also climb to the top of Huayna Picchu, the main mountain in the iconic photos people take of this ancient site. Lunch will be at Sanctuary Lodge. After lunch we will check in to Sanctuary Lodge By Belmond, one of the worlds most unique hotels and places to stay, truly ore inspiring. Dinner tonight is at your own leisure, perhaps even under the stars. Overnight at Sanctuary Lodge by Belmond

4 Day 7 Friday July 10th Cuzco Wake up on top of Machu Picchu surreal! After breakfast we will transfer back to the train station below and take the train to Ollantaytambo We head back to Cuzco stopping for lunch along the way in a legendary hacienda cafe. Once in Cuzco we check into our hotel and the rest of the day is free time, to explore on your own. Tonight we head out for our final group dinner in Peru, it will be special! A drink or two will follow at nearby bars. Day 8 - Saturday July 11th Cuzco to Lima to (Quito) After breakfast we will be transferred to the airport for our onward flight to Lima. From here you can fly to your next destination or continue on the Planetdwellers tour to Ecuador and the incredible Galapagos Islands!
