2 commences at 7.30pm wi pre-dinner reception drinks hoed in e Old Coaching Stables wi a selection of Bucks fizz, wines, beers & minerals. At approximately 8pm, or when all of your gues have arrived, you will be shown rough to our dining area wiin our Starlit Marquee. The two venues are cleverly linked by our indoor garden area wi its featured tree, twinkling hedge and decked floor which also provides for additional dining space. During dinner our resident piani will entertain you, and drinks will be continually replenished. At e conclusion of your meal our bar and Café Renoir will open as e piani passes e entertainment over to our Resident DJ. The Old Coaching Stables provides e dance floor and bar area, whil e more relaxing ambience of e Starlit Marquee will offer gues background music and a sociable environment. The bar will close at 11.30pm wi music concluding and carriages at midnight. 6 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS THE AIM OF THESE EVENINGS IS TO PROVIDE GOOD FOOD, WITH DANCING, ENTERTAINMENT, FREE TABLE WINES AND FREE EVENING BAR FOR A SET PRICE. The following information outlines what is included in is package: Payment schedule A provisional booking can be held for a period not exceeding 10 days. At is time, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The final balance for e evening will fall due 21 days prior to e party night, after which time, no refunds can be made. Opening times Pre-dinner reception commences at 7.30pm. There will be rictly no admittance before is time. Door closing time will be 10pm and no gue will be allowed entry after is time wiout prior arrangement. Our Resident DJ will conclude at midnight and 1am on New Year s Eve. To comply wi licensing regulations e building will close at 12.30am and 1am on New Year s Eve. Reception Drinks On arrival, your party will be greeted wi reception drinks. These include an unlimited supply of soft drinks, table wines, Bucks Fizz and beers. Meals and drinks during dinner A full ree course meal as set out in is brochure along wi an unlimited supply of table wines, beers and minerals. Be efforts will be made to maintain a choice of arter and dessert to all gues as detailed in e menu, however, we are unable to guarantee e availability of all options. Please note, all gues will be served our traditional hand carved roa turkey main course unless our vegetarian option has been pre-ordered and we have been provided wi e names of your vegetarian gues. Food Allergies and Intolerances In line wi current legislation, we would ask for your assiance in eablishing if any of your gues have a food allergy or intolerance. Please provide full details, togeer wi e name of your gue, in advance. If your gues require details about e ingredients, please ask your table waiter on e night who will be able to provide is information for you. Free evening bar The free spirit bar opens at 9.30pm. This will include house spirits, table wines, vermou and soft drinks. The only exclusions are bottled beers, liqueurs and speciali branded spirits, (e.g. Glennfiddich, Vintage Port, Hennessy XO, etc.) A full li of drinks is obtainable upon reque. Staff will begin to collect unused wine bottles 15 minutes after e bar closing time. All drinks mu be consumed 45 minutes after e bar closing time. La orders will not be called and e bar will close at 11.30pm. Extension for New Year s Eve until 1am. Please note, we do not have e facilities for any cash or card transactions on ese evenings to purchase alternative drinks wi e exception of New Year s Eve when champagne can be purchased to toa e New Year. Café Renoir Café Renoir, located wiin The Indoor Garden, will open at e conclusion of e meal offering speciality teas, a selection of coffees and hot chocolate. Café Renoir will close at 11.15pm Behaviour Any persons behaving disorderly will at fir be cautioned. If ey continue to be, in e opinion of e management, a nuisance to oer gues ey will be required to leave. No refunds will be made. Seating Arrangements Our minimum booking is for 6 gues. Should you have a preferred seating arrangement, we will try to accommodate it, however, no guarantees can be made. Entertainment All entertainers will be under written contract. Any failure to fulfil eir contract will not make e hotel responsible for a claim or loss greater an e contract value equally divided by e number of gues attending at evening. Satellite Breakdown Whil every effort will be made to maintain all satellite communications to e video wall, e company cannot be held responsible for any loss of viewing howsoever caused. Dress code Smart casual dress is a minimum requirement on ese evenings. No trainers or sportswear and gentlemen are requeed to wear a shirt wi collar. Cloakroom Cloakroom facilities are available at e entrance to e venue. For safety reasons all top coats mu be deposited. You mu retain your ticket. In e event of a lo ticket, no item can be collected until e building closes. We will not be responsible for any items not collected on e night. Regrettably a charge of 1 is required to inigate a contract between us so at items deposited are insured. All profits will be donated to charity. Age of admittance The minimum age of gues attending ese evenings is 18. Any gue below is age to a lower limit of 16 years can be admitted when accompanied by eir parents or guardians and on e proviso at ey will not approach any licensed bar for beverages. Transport The hotel rongly recommends at you arrange your transport for your homeward journey (for midnight) in advance, oerwise delays may occur.
