11 TERMS & CONDITIONS All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed within 14 days of holding date with a deposit per person (non-refundable and non-transferable). All provisional bookings will be released without further notice if no deposit is received. Payments for parties of 10 guests or more will only be accepted on one cheque. The hotel reserves the right to allocate parties in the Assembly Room or the Ballroom. Cheques should be made payable to Holiday Inn Royal Victoria. Party name and date must be stated on the reverse of the cheque. No refunds will be given after final payments have been received. Any bookings made after the 1st of October 2016 will only be accepted with full payment at the time of booking. All beverage pre-orders must be paid for at the time of ordering, and one payment per party. The hotel will hold the guest liable for any loss or damage to the property and for injury to persons including staff and guests arising out of negligence or misconduct. All food and beverage pre-orders and final payments have to be with the hotel by the 1st of October We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, relocate and reschedule your booking accordingly without any notice for any cause outside our control.
