2 STAKE YOUR SPACE! AMALFI COAST Lobby Level Our most versatile event space accommodates groups of up to people for seated meetings or events (80 with a dance floor) and 150 for standing events. Floor to ceiling windows at the street level add an urban vibe. The Amalfi has floor to ceiling windows with 11 foot ceilings and unique light fixtures. This 1700 square feet of space can be divided into two separate rooms with an air wall. With the wall closed, the Amalfi I is 884 square feet while Amalfi II is 800 square feet. The Amalfi II side of the room has a full wall of white board hidden behind a curtain. There is space for a beverage/break station in the meeting room and we will place the meals just outside the room in the hallway. CAPRI BOARDROOM 2 nd Floor The Capri Boardroom is located on the 2 nd floor of the hotel. The meeting room is 325 square feet and can seat a maximum of 12 guests at a conference table. 3 PLAZA TERRACE 5 th Floor If you are looking for a unique and memorable reception or break out space for your program that has some of the best views within San Francisco, this terrace is ideal. The 5th Floor Plaza Terrace can accommodate seated meals for up to 40, or cocktail reception for up to 80. Views of the downtown skyline, The Embarcadero, The Ferry Building & San Francisco Bay provide a perfect backdrop to your event. A modern, urban feel best describes this space with natural décor including large potted bamboo and built in heating. TERRAZO TERRACE SUITE 6 th Floor (641) The Terrazzo Terrace is located on the 6 th floor. The indoor portion of the suite can seat up to 6 guests at a conference table. The suite connects to a 500 square foot outdoor terrace overlooking the Ferry Building and city scape. This space can accommodate 30 guests reception style. 4 CIELO TERRACE SUITE 7 th Floor (737) This spacious corner "Terrace Studio" on the 7th Floor of the Hotel Vitale provides dramatic views of the San Francisco skyline, San Francisco Bay, Angel Island and Ferry Building. This special studio is 496 square feet. 32 flat screen TV, raised seating area leading to a private 500 square foot terrace. The Cielo seats a maximum of 14 guests at a conference table with room for a screen and projector or use of the mounted flat screen. The space can hold up to 50 guests reception style. WATERFRONT TERRACE 7 th Floor This 453 square foot terrace is located on the Embarcadero side of the 7 th floor. This fully outdoor terrace features breathtaking views of the Ferry Building and Bay Bridge. The terrace is equipped with heat lamps and is perfect for your breakout to lunch or postmeeting reception. 5 LANDMARK TERRACE SUITE 8 th Floor (808) Our premiere event space, The Landmark Terrace Suite, is located on the top floor of the hotel. The space features waterfront views, indoor space that connects to two outdoor terraces complete with heat lamps and two rest rooms inside the suite. The space can hold cocktail receptions for groups up to 120 people or seated dinners for up to 40 people on one level or 60 people when the levels are combined. VISTA TERRACE SUITE 8 th Floor (823) The Vista Terrace Suite, located on the top floor of the Hotel Vitale provides expansive 180 degree views of the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz, Angel Island and the Ferry Building. Guests will enjoy the comfort of a 509 square foot room with beautiful bamboo floors. Sliding glass doors lead to a private 460 square foot wrap around terrace. 6 AMERICANO LIDO LOUNGE Americano The 622 square foot Lido Lounge located at the entrance of Americano is the perfect option for groups that are looking for an alternative meal space or a post-meeting event. The space features lounge furniture and views of the Bay Bridge. Furniture can be removed and set up for meals, buffet, or a reception. The space can seat 40 people for a meal or up to 75 guests for a reception. DINING ROOM Americano The dining room located in Americano can be reserved for groups as a private or semi-private dining option. The dining room can accommodate up to 80 guests. 7 PATIO - Americano Located just off Americano Restaurant, the 3,000 square foot patio offers long wooden picnic tables, unique lighting fixtures, large potted bamboo, and impressive landscaping. The patio provides the perfect casual backdrop for post-meeting cocktail reception or event. Heaters are provided complimentary for your comfort during the event. The Patio accommodates standing receptions of up to 300 people; seated dinners for pending your set-up preferences and dance floor placement. The patio can also be rented out in sections for smaller groups. During the months of December and January, the patio is enclosed in a clear side, clear top tent. Views of the Embarcadero, the Bay Bridge, and Ferry Building are visible throughout the entire tent.
