It protects te free areas in te edges from inclement weater and wear, and ensures a clean finis. Te system includes inside and outside corners. Features Resistant color UV and weater-resistant It protects free areas on te edges Possibility of installing gutters Substrates/uses Te pro-balcony G profile can be installed on balconies and terraces, bot on lamitec n type waterproofing seets and on sylastic type waterproofing mortar. Instructions for use Ceck tat te floor perimeter to be covered wit te pro-balcony profile is suitable for installing ceramics wit tin layer. In te case of unstable or crumbling substrates, carry out te necessary corrections. Apply te outdoor flooring waterproofing system. Extend it up to te outer limit of te floor perimeter. Apply a layer of type C2 as per EN cement-based adesive wit a notced trowel, on te substrate area tat will be covered by te pro-balcony profile s fixing flange. Apply a continuous seam of p-404 polyuretane putty on te substrate waterproofing, between te cement-based adesive layer and te outer perimeter of te flooring. Arrange te pro-balcony profile on te bonding material and elastic putty witin te adesive s open time. Press te profile flange on te adesive and ceck tat it is covered by te bonding material. In order to avoid stress between materials, leave a joint of at least 1 mm between eac profile. Apply a new layer of cement-based adesive tat is suitable for installing te cosen ceramic flooring. Lay te tile wit te tin-bed metod, wit adesive and a notced trowel. Arrange te ceramic tiles wit a placement joint of at least 5 mm. Level te profile wit te tile. Do not leave te profile above te tile level. Leave a placement joint between te ceramics and te profile of at least 2 mm. Seal wit a continuous seam of p-404 polyuretane putty. Never let te grouting material arden on te profile. Never use metallic tools or abrasive elements wic can scratc te profile surface. Cut te profile wit a and saw or wit a circular saw wit a suitable disc.

It belongs to a product wic, togeter wit oters, is te base of a ceramic tile laying system wit wic professionals perform teir job. Instructions in tis tecnical seet ave been written based on our experience and tecnical expertise, but tey ave to be considered as general recommendations, wic togeter wit tose for te rest of te products in te system, elp te professionals in teir job. As it is not possible to know all te features and conditions of a building job, professionals must consider it and, if deemed appropriate, perform a previous test to confirm weter te product is suitable for te job. Specially recommended in applications wic imply mecanical stresses or cemical reactions not described in tis tecnical seet. Te tecnical seet cannot reflect all te applications and conditions entailed in te use of a material, so, in situations not described in tis seet, we recommend to perform a previous test and refer to our tecnical department. Tis seet as been updated in Marc, 2015.
