2 COMPANY Created in the year 2004 in Lugo, Spain, Comenza positions itself in the market as global railing systems company providing creative solutions to the needs of people in the spaces they inhabit, using high quality products that guarantee their safety and well-being. We are specialised in developing and offering modular railing systems for hotel projects, residential and office buildings, shopping centres, single-family houses, institutional headquarters, company headquarters, etc. MISSION Our mission is to design and develop modular railing systems that can be installed anywhere in the world with an optimum balance between design-quality-price. VISION Our vision is to be a world reference in the architectural sector by designing and developing exclusive design, safe and easy-to-install railing systems and fittings. INTERNATIONAL Thanks to the more than 2000 clients that throughout this time have trusted our brand, the Comenza railing systems today are installed and distributed in more than 25 countries such as Spain, France, Portugal, Morocco, Algeria, Panama, Peru, Dominican Rep., Mexico and the United Arab Emirates. Currently, you can find us in our central facilities in Lugo (Spain), in the most relevant international exhibitions in the sector as Veteco (Madrid), Batimat (Paris), GlassTec (Dusseldorf), Expo Cihac (Mexico), Batimatec (Algeria), SIB (Morocco), Big 5 (Dubai) or in any of the showrooms of our official distributors in countries such as France, Portugal, Slovenia, Tunisia, Algeria, Cabo Verde, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Dominican Republic or the United Arab Emirates.

3 R&D In the year 2011, the European company AENOR certified the management system of our R&D department in research, design and development of railing systems. From that moment Comenza turns into the first and only Spanish company to obtain this certification. This department s effort allows us to develop exclusive railing systems both in design and in functionalities and features. SAFETY At Comenza we place a lot importance on safety and therefore we want to actively contribute to strict compliance with the building codes of each country. To that end we have our own testing laboratory that allows us to bring railing systems to be market previously tested which allows us to comply with the regulations of every country where we operate. Furthermore, we have continued collaboration with the most prestigious certification companies worldwide (Applus, CSTB) in order to be able to certify our railing systems and fittings according to the regulations of each country. TECHNICAL OFFICE At Comenza we have a highly qualified team to help the architects with the prescriptions of Comenza s railing systems in its projects. Through the individual study of works, we create recommendations for installation, anchoring study, FEM tests (Finite Element Method) and physical tests and all the necessary technical documentation to get a rigorous specification of our systems (technical specifications, construction details, CAD sections).
