While new challenges face the entire behavioral health care industry and we join with providers nationwide to embrace the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, our resolve has never been stronger nor more determined. Integrity House, founded in 1968 in the heart of, offers a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to treatment to clients from all 21 New Jersey counties. Almost 2,000 addicts a year seek our programs to re-build their lives. Our services are provided on three campuses and 16 buildings in Essex and Hudson counties. We are very proud of our accomplishments this year. Among them are the enhancement of short-term residential treatment and intensive outpatient programs, as well as enrichment of educational and vocational services. Halfway house options, pre-release programming at Hudson County Correctional Center, and services for women were also expanded. Our goal of operational excellence is evidenced by the installation of a new, state-of-the-art electronic health records system. Our continued emphasis on professional education for 220 staff members keeps Integrity House on the cutting edge as a premier provider for persons with substance abuse challenges and related mental health disorders. Reflecting on 45 years of dynamic history, we count our blessings. Our Board of Trustees guides with expertise and generosity, ever focused on our core mission. Our administration and staff dedicate themselves with persistent professionalism, ever attentive to client goals and needs. Community partners inform and inspire, ever aware that reclaiming and enriching human lives is a worthy goal that we can achieve only by working together. We remember the tens of thousands of individuals who, with the help of Integrity House, fought their personal battles to make life changes for themselves, their families and their communities. As representatives of Integrity House, and our Board of Trustees, we are honored to serve and submit this Annual Report. Robert J. Budsock President & CEO Ronald K. Andrews Chairman, Board of Trustees
