1 Faith: Opinion Poll update Church Surveys Purpose: We are conducting an Opinion poll, asking people to help us identify ways that our church can better serve our community. Would you be willing to answer a few brief questions? 1. In your opinion, do people attend church today as often as They did 5 years ago? Yes no uncertain 2. In your opinion, is it important for people to read the Bible? 3. In your opinion, what group(s) do you think the church Needs to give more attention in ministry? In your opinion, what do you understand it takes for a Person to go to heaven? 6. would you like to know what the Bible says a person must do to go to heaven?
