2 JIT 2012, welcoming APL and CAP are honoured to present the 20 th Edition of Junior International Tournament Città di Lissone JIT 2012 open to Teams of Club category Under 19 (players born in ).

3 JIT 2012, when JIT 2012 will be played from April 6 th to April 9 th 2012 (Easter Holiday) in Lissone, 15 km far from Milano, north part of Italy. APL and CAP also organise in the same period the 5 th edition of KIT, the International Tournament for Kids teams born in 2000.

4 JIT, concept JIT concept is very easy: to organize a great event for the best and wellknown team of club coming from the strongest basketball nation. Since 1993 teams from all the World attended our tournament: Italy, Spain, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Argentina, U.S.A., Canada, Venezuela, France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Rep., Slovak Republic, Russia, Israel, Lebanon, Greece, Turkey, Slovenia, FYROM, Ungheria, Belgium, Lussemburgo and Montenegro.

5 JIT, story JIT had his first edition in 1993 with 6 participating teams. Since 2000, with the 9th edition, JIT has stably grown up to participating teams. In last three edition participating teams were 12. The next will be the 20 th Edition. KIT last one was the fourth edition, the present one shall be the 4 th for kids born in 2000 and following

6 JIT, where With the management of APL and CAP several clubs, situated in towns close to Lissone (15 km far from Milan, north part of Italy) are cooperating in the success of JIT, by placing their internal organization, halls and accommodation facilities at JIT disposal. It is important to say that more than 200 voluntaries are contributing to the success of the JIT. They all have various roles, such as reception, transportation, restaurant service. We underline the importance of the host families, who give hospitality to the athletes participating to JIT.

9 JIT, media Year after year JIT importance is massively growing even the television networks have been interested in JIT. In addition to the regional television networks Italia 7 and Telenova, even national networks like Rai, Mediaset, SKY and SI SportItalia have now windows on JIT performances. Final 2010 had been also transmitted on Rai Sport Sat. In addition since last year the web TV Star Channel joined JIT in a fruitful cooperation which brought all the 28 matches of past 19th edition on the web on:

National newspapers Corriere della Sera and Gazzetta dello Sport as well as local newspapers will talk of JIT. An exciting and evocative JIT presentation also on Youtube

11 JIT, web and social network As far as the web site is concerned, our site cap.it during the JIT period is practically besieged. In the diagram you can see the pick of contacts: more than pages have been visited during the tournament period. As well as a dedicated page on Facebook and other social networks.

During the latest edition of JIT more than contacts visited the dedicated forums and blog ( JIT poster street wall and not last, JIT magazine, published in 4000 copies, important to know everything about the tournament, teams, history of JIT and the advertising spaces of our sponsors, and professional single match DVD s as a milestone of the event.

13 JIT, records Cheering fans and people are still growing. We estimated that in the past edition more than people supported the different teams in the 45 matches. On the Final 2008 the Arena in Monza was crowded with more than people.
