Delegate registration fees for Australian based companies are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST). Fees shown are exclusive of GST. All bookings received and paid in full at least two weeks before any two or more day course commences, will receive accommodation for the duration of the course (including the preceding night), full breakfast, and dinner at the end of the course. Full refunds/credits for any amounts paid will be given for cancellation requests received in writing, and addressed to the Training Manager, by the close of business two weeks before the start of the course. Notwithstanding the delegate s actual training session attendance, no cancellation is accepted for existing/new registration, and/or no refunds/credits are given after this date. Registration for Sessions received after Friday, 26 August 2016, will not be processed unless accompanied by full payment. Registrations will only be processed once the funds clear in our account. Substitution requests are allowed and must be received in writing by the Training Manager by the close of business two weeks before the course commences. Substitution requests received after this date will not be processed. Payments will only be considered received by DEKA Dynamics once the funds are cleared AND clearly identified in our account. It is the delegate s responsibility to ensure that payment information is communicated promptly to DEKA Dynamics for payments to be allocated accordingly. Proofs of transfer, remittance advices, or copies of cheques will only be accepted/processed once the funds are received/cleared in our account. Delegates are responsible for any bank fees and/or any foreign currency translation fees associated with their payments, and DEKA Dynamics reserves the right to recover these charges where appropriate. Note that the currency is US Dollar (USD). AUD rates are available on request. DEKA Dynamics accepts no liability to any person for any loss, injury or damage howsoever and whether directly from any action or cause whatsoever undertaken, organised or sponsored by DEKA Dynamics. The course may be cancelled if the minimum number of delegates is not achieved. Delegates will be informed one week prior to course start date and fees will be refunded.
