3 ANNEXURE I Terms and conditions for Disposal of AMBASSADOR GRAND CAR (Petrol ) (Car No. DL1CS1754) (Model 2006 year) The details of an Ambassador Grand Car registered in the name of Power Finance Corporation Limited (A Government of India Undertaking), New Delhi proposed for disposal is as under:- Registration No.- : DL1CS1754 Date of Purchase : Colour : White Run over Kilometers : 1.45 lakh approx. Version (D/P) : Petrol WDV Rs.48056/-(Rupees forty eight thousand fifty six) The detailed terms and conditions for the disposal of this Car is as under: - i) The Ambassador Grand Car is immediately available for disposal. The Ambassador Grand Car would be disposed off on as is where is basis. ii) iii) iv) The Bidder may, before submission of the bid, inspect the vehicle kept in PFC office at Urja nidhi Building, 1 Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi on any working day between am to 4.30 pm. Interested parties may submit their quotation in the enclosed Annexure II along with a demand draft / Pay Order of Rs. 6000/- as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in favour of Power Finance Corporation Limited, New Delhi and put their bid in a sealed envelope super scribing as Bid for Purchase of Maruti Omni Van in the Tender Box kept at Ground Floor of PFC office latest by upto 3.00 PM. Bid shall be opened on the same day at 3.30PM. Payment made by cheque will not be accepted on any account and tender without EMD and cost of tender document will be rejected. The rates quoted by the bidder should be in Rupees. Any other leavy or duty if any will be the liability of the successful bidder. v) The successful Bidder (quoting higher bid amount) will have to take the delivery of the Ambassador Grand Car within a week of intimation, after making necessary payments by DD / Pay Order in favour Power Finance Corporation Limited, New Delhi failing which the EMD deposit of Rs. 6000/- shall be forfeited and the Ambassador Grand Car will be sold to next higher bidder. Vi) One party shall be eligible to apply for only one bid. Any party submitting more than one bid will stand disqualified and its all bids will be rejected. The car will be registered only in the name of party who has submitted the bid. Any request for registration of vehicle in other person's name will not be entertained/accepted.

4 vii) Viii) ix) The EMD of the successful bidder shall be adjusted against the quoted price. For others, EMD shall be refunded without interest. The bidder may enclose photocopy of identity proof (PAN/Passport/Driving License/Election Id car/addhar Card-any one ) alongwith the bid. No claim about quality, quantity, description and the value of vehicle sold will be entertained under any circumstances after the bids are finalized and no complaints will be entertained on this account. x) In case of disputes, it should be clearly understood that the decision of the PFC management will be final and binding. xi) xii) Notwithstanding anything mentioned above, PFC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
