4 Dear Member; We are looking forward to some exciting changes at Wolf Creek next golf season. As many of you already know we have been working on an investment opportunity with several new partners. There has been no secret that we have been in talks for sometime and it is an ongoing process. With this partnership we will be able to re-invest in our resort in a number of ways. In the new year we should be in a position to present to the membership some of these exciting changes. One of the changes we can announce will be that we will have a new cart fleet. We are currently negotiating with the three main suppliers and will have this completed before the new year. A GPS service on the carts will transform into advertising opportunities for our corporate members. It will all tie into the corporate membership program giving you a unique source to write-off some of your entertainment expenses. We will be launching this program in the Spring. Even with the investment we will still continue to be the managing partner at Wolf Creek. Most of the key staff will be back as we transition into this new Era. 5 WOLF CREEK GOLF MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM We would like to invite you to be part of an exciting membership experience at Wolf Creek. Our intention is to present a golf and social experience second to none in the industry while maintaining a solid capital investment directing funds towards improvement on the golf course and clubhouse. Here is the breakdown of each category and the dues structure. We will also enclose a separate schedule that will include the new by-laws, rules and expectations of our Membership. General Membership Privileges & Benefits All memberships will have preferred booking access on both courses over the general public All memberships include Golf Canada and Alberta Golf handicap online privileges. Wolf Creek Members have reciprocal green fee rates at certain central Alberta Clubs. All membership categories (excluding the Wolf Card holders) include use of both practice facilities along with the improved 6 hole loop course. Memberships include corporate credits on their accounts that can be used for guest fees, golf shop merchandise or food & beverage. Corporate Memberships receive special Guest Fee rates which include Power Cart Unrestricted Membership - $3600 includes power cart and $350 account credit Afterprime Membership - $2500 includes power cart and $200 account credit Married Couples Membership $6000 includes power cart and $600 account credit Corporate Quad - $10,000 four players $3000 credit and Corporate Ad on GPS.
