(Smith, 2002, 100) The concept of positive health in an organization to draw attention to conditions that have facilitated the development and the organizational dynamics. Matthew Miles (1969) A healthy organization is defined as an organization that not only lasts in your environment, But also in a period long enough to compromise and compromise their survival and ability to continuously develop and expand. Healthy organization from forces external to successfully hit, the force in any part of the main goals and objectives will guide the organization.
