Lewis County Association for Retarded Children, Turin, New York. Chief Executive Officer of entire agency operations which provided services to people with disabilities and their families. The annual budget was 2 million dollars. Responsible for administrative supervision, guidance and analysis of the financial department, sheltered workshop, day treatment, residential services and preschool programs (October, 1985-September, 1988). Director of Day Treatment. Yates County Association for Retarded Citizens, Penn Yan, New York. Responsible for direction and control of all staff and services for the day treatment program including the provision or arrangement of services to severely disabled program participants. Other duties included operational, administrative and clinical activities, plus responsibility for personnel, budgets, environmental standards and support matters (September, 1983-October, 1985). Program Director. Pathways Day Treatment, Corning, New York. Responsible for personnel, budgets and clients' progress through various core services and therapies. Other duties included instructing staff on behavior management, assessment and evaluation of clients and solving client/staff challenges with community residence staff members (March, 1983-September, 1983).

Placed severely disabled individuals in competitive and semi-competitive employment. Community Site Training Program. Taught students with severe disabilities job skills at community work setting.
