3 INVITATION Dear Colleagues, On behalf of South Eastern European Robotic Surgery Society (SEERSS), Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Oncology Society (GynOncoMIS), and Society of Robotic Gynecologic Surgery (SRGS), we are honored to invite you all the 5 th SEERSS 1 st GynoOncoMIS and Robotic Surgery Congress. With the development of technology, the application of minimal invasive surgery in numerous branches is being used more frequently. Laparoscopic and robotic surgery are the milestones of minimally invasive surgery. During our three day scientific program, new high level laparoscopic and robotic surgery applications from different fields will be shared. 13 GENERAL INFORMATION Congress Date and Venue December 15-18, 2016 Hilton Bomonti Official Website Accreditation for Continuing Education The congress will be presented to the approval of Turkish Medical Association Continuing Medical Education Accreditation Board and European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME ) for the Continuing Medical Education Invitation Letter All registered participants upon request has the right to ask for a letter of invitation. This invitation can only be used to facilitate permission to participate from their institution. Certificate of Participation Certificate of participation will be given to all registered participants of the congress. Certificates will be distributed on the 3 rd day of the congress. Congress Language The Congress will be held in Turkish and English. Sessions will include simultaneous English- Turkish translation. Presentations will be in English. Congress Badges Badges must be warn during all sessions, social activities and exhibitions. 14 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION Important Points and Rules for Submission of Abstracts Abstracts must be sent online using the online abstract system and must be in ENGLISH. Abstracts sent independently of the system, by past, or in languages other than English will not be accepted. Abstracts sent over the internet, if accepted, will be printed as they are delivered, so they should be free of errors. Deadline for Abstract Submission: October 28, 2016 Important Notice If you will use the online abstract module for the first time, select New User link and register to the system. The explanations at the page after the registration procedure will guide you. Please read the messages and explanations carefully. The abstracts submitted via internet shall be published without any corrections; therefore the authors should be careful about spelling mistakes. For technical support and questions You may post an support request via online abstract system Abstract Evaluation All abstracts and proceedings will be blind reviewed by the Scientific Committee. An acceptance letter concerning the abstract evaluation result will be ed to the author. Abstracts will be videos and in English. Each video will be in sum 10 minutes, 3 min. For oral presentation, 5 min. for video presentation and 2 min for discussion.
