Permanent employment Distinguished (tenured) To advance to the next level, the merits of the professors are reviewed.

11 Evaluation dimensions The tenure track evaluation criteria are based on the principles of predictability, transparency, and comparability with international standards. The performance of candidates and professors to be tenured is evaluated through three dimensions: A B C Research and/or artistic work Teaching Service Excellence in either or both research and teaching is required to be awarded a tenure.
