4 Rental prices The units at this Business Centre can be rented in various combinations. Prices include heating, services and facilities. Electricity is not included and is calculated on the basis of actual consumption. The rental prices given here apply to 2011; the rental price is indexed as stated in the rental agreement. Upon entering into the rental agreement, a deposit in the sum of two months rent (the all-in amount) is payable. Further provisions on this subject are included in the rental agreement. Closed The reception is closed for a maximum of five working days each calendar year in addition to official holidays. In 2011 Friday 3 June (all day) and 23 & 30 December (afternoons) are three of these days. The tenants will always be informed well in advance of this

There is a direct redundant internet connection up to 20 Mbps available, which can be extended with an advanced virtual firewall, among other things.
