It offers glimpses into the action-packed kitchen and over the lively bar and bistro below, can be fully concealed by sliding dos. Room Capacity: Seated: 42 Guests Cocktail: 80 Guests The Private Dining Room has AV capabilities in the fm of a ceiling project and drop down screen available f presentations. With its gold and brocade interi and shimmering chandeliers, the space was designed with functions in mind and is perfectly suited to me intimate occasions. Cancellation less than 30 days pri to your event will result in a loss of you deposit paid (45 days in November & December) Cancellation less than 7 days pri to your event will result in a loss of 100% of your minimum spend requirement (14 days in November & December) MENUS Your event menu should be confirmed no later than 10 wking days pri to your event. Dietary requirements are required 7 days pri to your event. Menu items are subject to change due to seasonal variations and produce availability. Must Winebar will provide personalised menus f your event. No wkings costs will be shown on your menu. PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are current at the time of the quote and are subject to revision by must Winebar pri to your event confirmation. Menu prices are subject to change within a 6 monthly period; if you have not chosen your menu within this period of time the menu cost may have experienced an increase. All prices are inclusive of GST. The balance of your bill must be paid in full upon the completion of you event. We do not accept cheques as payment on the day of your event - this is non-negotiable. The event booker is responsible f meeting 100% of the minimum spend and Must Winebar does not split bills. MENUS, SEATING PLANS, PLACE CARDS & DECORATIONS Must Winebar will provide personalized menus f your event. It is the client s responsibility to provide seating plans, place cards & decations if required f your event. Please note with decations nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled adhered (including blu-tack) to any wall, do surface of the building.

11 (08) BEVERAGES All beverages are charged on consumption only. We do not offer any beverage packages. Wine choices are subject to availability and prices are subject to change between iginal booking date and the event date. Our Sommelier will endeavour to provide you with your first wine choice but as our wine list is dynamic and changes very often, an alternative will be offered if your first choice is unavailable. SPECIAL OCCASION CAKES Must Winebar can provide a Chocolate Decadent Cake f $80. Alternatively if you wish to bring your own cake we do charge a service fee of $5 per person. MUSIC Our Private Dining Room is unable to cater f outside music eg. ipods, cd s etc. Our sound system plays dinner music which will flow in to this room. Our Champagne Lounge is fitted with an ipod docking station meaning you can bring your own music device if you wish. Alternatively our sound system will play dinner music into this room. ACCESS Our Private Dining Room is situated on a mezzanine level at the back of the restaurant. There are approximately 7 steps up to this room. Our Champagne Lounge is situated up its own staircase above the restaurant. Both rooms have limited wheelchair access and are located some distance from our disabled toilet facilities. If you have elderly guests guests with disabilities please discuss this with our functions manager. CONFIRMED NUMBERS Final confirmed number of guests is required at least 2 wking days pri to your event. This is the minimum number billed on the day. MISC DETAILS No food beverage is permitted to be brought into the venue by the client their guests f consumption on premise without pri approval by Must Winebar. The client is financially responsible f any damage that is sustained to the venue property owned by Must Winebar. Must Winebar reserves the right to exclude eject any persons from the event without liability. Must Winebar reserves the right to refuse the supply of alcohol to any persons attending the event at its sole discretion and without liability.
