1 NFoPP QCF Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management (England & Wales) Candidate Syllabus The Level 4 Certificate is divided into 8 units which must be achieved in order to hold the full qualification. This is the syllabus document to support the qualification. Unit 1 (RLPM1) Health and General Law Unit 2 (RLPM2) Legal Aspects of Lettings and Management Note - Units 1 & 2 are taken from the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management (England & Wales) which candidates must have achieved in order to be eligible to undertake this qualification and the unit syllabus content is not included within this document.
