Note: The Chairperson will request that anyone wishing to comment on an applicant s licensure do so before a motion is made to approve or deny that particular applicant. All applicants and witnesses to be sworn in. 4. Public Comment CHANGE OF LICENSING STATUS 5. Ed Napier, license number 1592, is requesting a change in licensing status. Mr. Napier is requesting his qualifying agent status in the category of Private Patrol be transferred from Green Valley Security, Inc., license number 1592, to Real Estate Property Analysis, LLC, dba. CPSWest and will be the sole member. This is subject to all statutory and regulatory 6. Michael Allen, license number 1766, is requesting a change in licensing status. Mr. Allen is requesting to become the Qualifying Agent for a new Nevada Limited Liability Company, Allen Investigations, LLC, under the categories of Private Investigator and Process Server and will be the sole member. 5 NOTICE PROVISION FOR CLOSING OF MEETING LAW NRS At the meeting the Board will consider the above-named applicants for licensure. Under the authority of NRS , the Board, upon motion, may close the meeting to the public for the purpose of considering an applicant s character, alleged misconduct, professional competence or physical or mental health. Prior to the commencement and conclusion of a contested case or a quasi judicial proceeding that may affect the due process rights of an individual the board may refuse to consider public comment.
