Public Hearing Bill For Possible Action: adopt an ordinance amending Lyon County Code Title 10 Land Use Regulations; by amending Chapter 7 Building Codes; Section 2 Codes Adopted, General Administration, revising Subsection A(3), to adopt the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code; Section 6 Northern Nevada Amendments, revising Subsection B, to adopt the 2015 Northern Nevada Energy Code Amendments to the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code; and other matters property relating thereto. 1. Public participation: It is anticipated that public participation will be held at this time, though it may be returned to at any time during the agenda. Citizens wishing to speak during public participation are asked to state their name for the record and will be limited to 3 minutes. The Board of Commissioners will conduct public comment after discussion of each agenda action item, but before the Board of Commissioners takes any action. 2.
