4 A. Event Management & Fundraising This set of recipes covers core scenarios of event management and fundraising workflows. 4 New Eventbrite attendee added to Salesforce Campaign. New Order in Eventbrite searches for and/or creates appropriate records: Contact/Account, Opportunity, Campaign member. RegOnline Registrations to Salesforce Custom Object w/ Contact lookup. New Eventbrite attendee added to Salesforce Campaign When there is a Eventbrite attendee registration, this will pick up the entry and conditionally add it to a Salesforce campaign. 5 When a new attendee is registered for an event in Eventbrite. Search for a corresponding campaign name in Salesforce If the campaign or contact does not exist, create it If contact is already associated with the campaign,»» Update status from Eventbrite If contact is not associated, create it You can customize how each object is mapped. A new Order for an event in Eventbrite. Action: Searches for associated Campaign and Contact in Salesforce. 7 A-3. RegOnline Registrations to Salesforce Custom Object w/ Contact lookup 7 A new registration in ActiveRegOnline adds to Salesforce Event_ Registrationc and associate to contact and Eventc. Add contact/ account if they do not exist. Job assumes two custom objects: Event c and Event_Registration c When a new registration is detected in RegOnline. Checks if event registrations is already present Searches for Contact and Account through name and »» Creates them if they do not exist Searches for the Event Creates an Event Registration object You should have a RegOnline and Salesforce account.

8 A-4. Everydayhero Page creates Luminate CRM Account and Pledge 8 This recipe will run when a new everydayhero page is created to create a Luminate CRM account and pledge in Salesforce NPSP. When a new page is created in everydayhero. Creates fundraiser account in LuminateCRM (Salesforce) if it does not exist Creates pledge if it does not exist Updates pledge if it already exists with totals from everydayhero Customization options You can customize how each object is mapped (in their respective fields). No special setup or customization is required to run this recipe. You should have an everydayhero and Salesforce account that is API enabled. 9 B. Marketing This set of recipes covers non-profit marketing scenarios. 9 New fundraiser creates new etapestry Account and adds to Mailchimp Fundraisers list. Add new donors to Mailchimp donor's list based on parameter and with Approval task. NPSP - Donations created in Salesforce will create Invoice in QuickBooks NPSP - Donations with payments will create Invoice in QuickBooks NPSP - Donations created in Salesforce will create Invoice in QuickBooks NPSP - Donations with payments will create Invoice in QuickBooks Tip #2 Recipe Page Simply Get the recipe and it will be populated into your account, ready to be run!

New fundraiser creates new etapestry Account and adds to Mailchimp Fundraisers' list When there is a new page created in everydayhero, search accounts in etapestry and creates account and adds to a Mailchimp mailing list. 10 When a new page is created in everydayhero. 11 B-2. Add new donors to Mailchimp donor's list based on parameter and with Approval task 11 Add new donors to a Mailchimp mailing list only if the approver from people task approves the action. Donations with recurring payments will create Invoice in QuickBooks (II). Tip #3 Locating Failed Jobs The new job filter feature allows you to only display certain job types when testing! Now you do not have to trawl through page after page!

Donations with recurring payments will create Invoice in QuickBooks 20 This recipe works with more than one payment (i.e. scheduled payments), and will transfer those over to a QuickBooks invoice. When a new Donation is detected in Salesforce (you can set the time it searches for with 'Since'). Ends the recipe if the donation is either Deleted or is Not Pledged Send an if the donation is at Closed Won stage Creates an invoice in QuickBooks with donor details from Salesforce»» Transfers each line item from Salesforce into the new invoice. 21 C-5. Donations with recurring payments will create Invoice in QuickBooks (II) 21 For every new opportunity, this will create a new invoice in QuickBooks. It goes through the scheduled payment lines and adds them as line items to the created invoice. You may change the destination folder in your connected Box account. When a new Donation is detected in Salesforce (you can set the time it searches for with 'Since').
