8 Personal trainer full-time Fast Track course Our Fast Track Course provides the most efficient route in the UK to becoming a fully accredited Personal Trainer. Our nationally and internationally recognised qualifications will enable you to enter the Register of Exercise Professionals ( at Level 3 the highest entry level. The course is an intensive 6 week (residential optional) course and can be completed at any of our Academies across the UK. Our courses run from 9am to 4.30 Monday to Friday and include an element of homework and assignments to be completed in your own time. 16 part-time blended learning courses Our blended learning course offers you the opportunity to train as a personal trainer whilst retaining full-time employment. Not only that, it can be funded via an affordable monthly payment plan that requires no credit checks. The course format consists of 14 days of practical training and assessments (7 weekends) supported by home study, using state-of-the-art online learning tools. Whilst studying you will also be fully supported by our dedicated blended learning tutors who you can contact at any time. Practical training workshops and assessment days take place every 4 weeks and you can choose to complete them in your preferred Academy location. We stagger our courses in the 4 locations so if you are unable to make a particular date you have the total flexibility of completing it at a later date or attending the same workshop on a different date at one of our other academies. The format of the course is adaptable for students of all abilities and can be completed at your own pace. Normally we would expect learners to qualify in 6 to 9 months depending on ability and the number of hours per week they can dedicate to their training. Following training you will receive a REPS accredited Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training (includes Level 2 Gym Instructor) and a Certificate in Studio Cycling (Spinning). If you would like to complete the other modules offered on our 6 week intensive programme (eg: exercise to music), you can book onto one of our intensive programmes for that module only.

17 Guidance notes on practical workshops Students are required to attend 7 workshops (WS1 to WS7) during their training. Each workshop is 2 days in duration and will run on a Saturday and Sunday from 0930 to Workshops include a combination of theory, practical and assessments, and once enrolled, students will receive a full breakdown of each workshop. If you are unable to attend a workshop date you have 3 options: (a) Attend the same workshop at an alternative academy location, on a different date (b) Complete the areas missed via our online learning tools and future workshops (c) Defer those elements to the next course of practical workshops in 6 months time We advise that all students complete at least 1 month of home study prior to commencing the practical workshops. Any re-sits required can be scheduled into one of 7 workshops following discussions with your course tutor.
