3 Step 1 Watch the Silverpop elearn video You will not have access to Silverpop until you watch the elearn video. To access the video, go to Gallagher One ( use the AJG and Me dropdown menu and click My Training. You must watch the entire video in order to have access to Silverpop and campaigns ARTHUR J. 4 Step 2 Login to Salesforce On your homepage, click the + button in your top menu Click on the Campaigns link so you can easily access your campaigns in your menu bar Once the button appears in your menu bar, click it. To keep the button in your menu, you must use the Customize Tabs option 2015 ARTHUR J. GALLAGHER & CO. BUSINESS WITHOUT BARRIERS 4
5 Step 3 Create new campaign Once you are on the Campaigns page, use the Create New dropdown menu on the left and click Campaign 2015 ARTHUR J. GALLAGHER & CO. BUSINESS WITHOUT BARRIERS 5
6 Step 4 Set campaign details On the next page, fill out all the information you can (red is required) and click Save. Everything on the page is internal only, for you to be able to identify your campaign clients and prospects will not see any of this ARTHUR J. GALLAGHER & CO. BUSINESS WITHOUT BARRIERS 6
7 Step 5 Set up your audience Who will you be sending the ? Clients? Leads? Both clients and leads? 1. Scroll down to Custom Links 2. Select Manage Members dropdown menu 3. Click Add Members 4. Use the dropdown Fields on the Manage Members page to filter (by and/or name, etc.) which contacts you d like to sent the 5. Select members 6.
