2 THE FLAVOR OF HAPPINESS Molino Andriani Srl is a company dedicated to technological innovation with decades of agribusiness experience. Located in Gravina in Puglia (BA), in the heart of the Apulian Murgia, Molino Andriani is dedicated exclusively to the production of gluten-free food. Our mission is to marry hundreds of years of Italian pasta-making tradition with modern production methods to give those with a gluten allergy or sensitivity a tasty alternative to conventional durum pasta. The result is a product line beloved by everyone committed to a healthy and balanced diet, whether Celiac or not. GLUTEN-FREE VARIETY AND TASTE We guarantee gluten levels of less than 10 ppm, well below the 20 ppm required by law. We achieve this by partnering with raw material suppliers who are qualified for the production of gluten-free products. All the raw material we use comes into the facility on our own dedicated tanks to avoid cross-contamination.
3 ORGANIC WELL-BEING All the grains we use are certified organic, non-gmo varieties grown without the use of pesticides. The end result is a product that is healthy for both you and the environment. QUALITY AND CONTROL Our quality control office performs daily checks on both raw materials and the finished product to maintain the high standards our clients expect. But don t take our word for it; we ve received numerous certifications of which we are proud. PACKAGING Our natural, virgin-fiber carton material is complemented by the simple and clean design.
