3 Executive Summary North Georgia Event Center Lakeview Center in Dawsonville, Georgia is the premier event facility in North Georgia. This beautifully appointed center hosts events of all kinds, from small conferences and functions to large weddings, concerts, and simulcast events that draw thousands nationwide. A state of the art audio/video system enhances the many concerts, plays, and other events regularly hosted at Lakeview Center and compliments the spacious banquet room. A 1,200 sq ft dance floor and 60 x 18 stage offer endless options for entertainment. There is also additional mezzanine seating in the banquet room allowing for up to 400 guests for larger gatherings. High speed fiber optic cable runs to the center and provides excellent internet and data service, allowing for high resolution simulcast events on the banquet room s big screen. Three large conference rooms and seven large offices in addition to the banquet room to allow smaller groups to reserve space at the center. Many local organizations take advantage of the variety of space available and are able to rent rooms that are well suited for the specific size of the planned occasion. A well-equipped commercial kitchen provides catering for patrons and can service several hundred diners. A liquor permit is in place and a new owner can profit from alcohol sales, adding to the income potential. All of the furniture, fixtures and equipment is in place for a new owner to simply continue operations and grow the business.
