1 CSR Policy Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to the company s social responsibility and expresses the voluntary policies, the company sets as standard for ethical and social responsibility in relation to the community human rights, employee rights, social conditions, environment and work environment. is preparing attendance to UN s Global Compact but has already translated UN s Global Compact policies into practice. The goal of the CSR policy is for to contribute to a positive societal development through improvements, development and innovation on a daily basis and through visions and objectives for products and environment. will: 1. develop, market and sell furniture and interior design solutions with focus on design and work environment 2. be innovative, flexible and customer oriented and hereby strengthen work environment in office workplaces 3. manufacture strong and durable furniture based on a sustainability and re-use and give recycled furniture a modern lift Responsibility goals and visions in CSR is integrated in s daily business activities and it is our intention to be on the forefront of development in society and at any time comply with regulations and ethical guidelines. Our CSR initiative will prospectively be communicated in annual reports, on our website and also to our business partners and suppliers when relevant. In our COP (Communication on
3 Progess) we continuously commit ourselves to improve and evaluate progressively on previous years goal achievements. The CSR policy is in practice elaborated on basis of other policies and objectives. Management has overall responsibility for the CSR policy, including allocating necessary resources to the daily work to achieve the objectives and management s annual assessment, and that the policy is communicated to business partners, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
