2 Our Place in the Environment Our Impacts We are clear on the important role we play in delivering a sustainable world, and we are investing our skills and capabilities to ensure our people offer the best possible service to our clients. We are using our talent to provide products and services that help the workplace environment to move to a low carbon, resource-efficient world. We believe that the FM industry have a duty to mitigate the effects of climate change by designing and refitting spaces which work harder and perform better. We approach each project as an opportunity to reduce our impacts as well as help our client s achieve their goals. Not only do we assist our clients with environmentally friendly solutions; we are making our own Green choices. Within our control & influence, we are tackling: Minimising any negative environmental impacts Promoting and using natural and sustainable resources Developing procedures and operational processes to prevent pollution Reducing the effects of noise, dust and disturbance Making efficient usage of energy and water Reducing our waste production Promoting recycling Continuously working to improve our environmental objections and targets Raising awareness of environmental issues and developing all employees Working in partnership with clients, contractors and suppliers to reduce environmental impacts on projects and improve performances. Parcour are proactively adapting practices and behaviours to new developments in technology, health and environmental sciences. We are continually looking at innovative ways to reduce our impact on the environment in areas as diverse as product selection, packaging, recycling, waste management, energy and water use, and transport. Through our policies related to Environmental and Sustainability initiatives, Parcour strive to fully integrate these policies into our best practices and service platform. We strongly encourage our clients and suppliers to join us in adopting positive commitments to improving our effects on the environment. We strive to run our own practice in an environmentally friendly way and gained ISO accreditation for our environmental management systems.

3 A Green approach for our clients Parcour take an active role in creating environmentally friendly workplaces. We always advise on specifying materials and products that come from sustainable sources. We fully consider all environmental issues in our work from initial space planning and building works to furniture procurement and removals. Creating greener work environments includes: Improving energy efficiency Switching to green electricity Creating space planning that utilises natural lighting Servicing and improving all internal systems regularly (heating) Building works (Improving insulations & draught proofing) Specifying products with recycling or reconditioned content Avoid purchasing disposable products Avoid excess packing materials Choosing local products & materials to reduce energy and pollution implications of transporting goods Offering Green Disposal Schemes Offering furniture & IT recycling & reusing programmes Green relocations Life Cycle Management for Assets & Products Green Moves & Churn works Parcour is dedicated to sustainability leadership and will continually evolve this policy to ensure our commitment. 4 Sustainable Product Sourcing Ethical & Green We only source from companies where Sustainability are at the heart of their operations. We favour companies that produce high quality products, which we are pleased to specify for our clients, whilst continuously monitoring and improving their manufacturing and operational sustainability. Our suppliers are working hard to manufacture products in an environmental friendly manner: Environmentally Friendly Production Energy efficient facilities Manufacturing and Operating policies and procedures that focus on workplace Health Quality Control processes and procedures Use only environmental friendly products in production Use only Water-based lacquer non-toxic, non-hazardous components Powder coating with no solvents, no residues Environmentally friendly chrome plating Intelligent use of materials (sustainable resourcing & recyclable) Natural and renewable resources (FSA wood, fabrics, wools etc.) Recycling syntactic materials (polypropylene, polyethylene) Recycling metals & aluminum (focus on sorting out parts for professional recycling) Reusing packaging & Green Logistics Intelligent use of materials Monitored Sustainability from Tree to Office The environmental policies of our suppliers who produce sustainable furniture, aims at increasing the percentage of sustainable resources in their products. Up to 90 % of the components can be separated and sorted out for subsequent recycling (and in many cases this percentage is at 100%). Our entire specified product portfolio is either entirely or nearly entirely recyclable. We attach great importance to the use of zero emission materials that emit no toxic gasses during the product s lifespan. At Parcour, we are proud to offer our clients green products with sustainability at its core from research & design, resourcing, production to packaging and distribution.

However, when furniture or office design has a timeless design, flexibility, maintaining its appeal for a long time, it is unlikely that it will have to be replaced prematurely.
