3 1. How to sign up for Smart Cloud Connect 1. Open the link and push Try for free button. 2. Now you need to set up your Salesforce account. You can do this with OAuth or enter your credentials manually. 3

4 Please enter your Salesforce login name and password: 3. If you chose OAuth option and not currently logged to Salesforce, you need to log to the system. 4. Smart Cloud Connect will ask you to confirm the access. 4

5 5. If your account was successfully added, you will see the screen with your Salesforce name. Please check the name and confirm if it s ok with It s me button. 5

6 If the account not yours, please click Previous button and try to enter your name and password directly or log out with the provided link and then logging again to Salesforce system. What is Optional security token? Your Salesforce security token should have been ed to you when setting up account or the last time you reset your password. If you can't find this , please follow the link and find out how to do this: 6. Now please configure your Exchange account. You have 2 options to do this using OAuth (if you have Office 365 account) or entering account name and password directly. 6

7 7. Then confirm your data or correct them if needed. 8. If you know the exact URL to your Exchange server, you can disable the automated server discover and enter the link. 7

8 9. Now select the SCC configuration for contact folder. You have two options using custom contact older or just single (default folder). What does it mean for you? If you chose the first option, Smart Cloud Connect will create a new contact folder and sync your Salesforce contacts into this folder. Only this custom folder will be in sync with Salesforce. If you chose the second option, SCC will sync your Salesforce contacts into default contact folder. Your default contact will be in sync with Salesforce then. Hint: If you are going to use SCC mainly on mobile or tablet device, chose the first option. If you are going to use SCC mainly in Outlook, OWA and Office 365 you can chose either first or second option. 10. Please enter the password for your SCC account. 8

9 11. Congratulations! You ve successfully installed the SCC. Now you are in administration dashboard. Review the number of objects the SCC will sync to your Exchange, adjust filters if needed and Start your synchronization! 2. Installing Mail app. If you are using Microsoft Outlook 2013, 2016 (including Outlook 2016 for Mac), OWA, Office365 web or mobile client, you can add mail app, which will provide you a window from an client to Salesforce. 13 7) Check the organization domain name and confirm it with Yes button. 8) Wait while retrieving information and confirm that you want to install the app. 13

14 9) Congratulations! You ve successfully added the Smart Cloud Connect Lite to your Outlook! 10) Please restart Outlook and check the app is appeared in your . Click on it and start your work. 14

15 2.2. Installing Mail App for Office 365 1) Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner and pick up Manage add-ins. 2) In opened window click Plus icon and then pick up Add from the Office Store. 15

16 3) In Office Store page type the app name in Search field. 4) Click on the found app logo. 16

17 5) Click Add green button. 6) Confirm that you want to install the app. 17

18 7) Congratulations! You ve successfully added the Smart Cloud Connect Lite to your Office365 account! 8) Go back to your Office365 Outlook and check the app is appeared in your . Click on it and start your work. 18

19 2.3. Installing Mail App for OWA 1) Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner and pick up Manage apps. 2) In opened window click Plus icon and then pick up Add from the Office Store. 19

20 3) In Office Store page type the app name in Search field. 4) Click on the found app logo. 20

21 5) Click Add green button. 6) Wait while retrieving information and confirm that you want to install the app. 21

22 7) Congratulations! You ve successfully added the Smart Cloud Connect Lite to your Outlook Web App! 8) Go back to Outlook Web App and check the app is appeared in your . Click on it and start your work. 22

23 2.4. Installing Mail App for Microsoft Outlook 2016 for Mac If you a Mac user and you have Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 account, you can activate Smart Cloud Connect Lite and access it with MS Outlook 2016 for Mac. You can also access Smart Cloud Connect Lite on Mac with web-browser using OWA or logging into your Office 365 account please find details how to do this in Smart Cloud Connect Lite Installation Guide for OWA and Office 365. For Outlook 2016 for Mac please follow the next instruction If you have MS Exchange account 1) Open web-browser and log into OWA client: 23

24 2) Click on Gear icon in the upper rite corner and chose Manage apps from the drop down list: 3) In opened window click Plus icon and then pick up Add from the Office Store. 24

25 4) In Office Store page type the app name in Search field. 4) Click on the found app logo. 25

28 If you have Office 365 account 1) Log into Office 365 and click the Gear icon in the upper right corner and pick up Manage add-ins. 28
