1 Stuart Raetz, Senior Consultant Stuart has over ten years experience in applied social research and monitoring and evaluation (M&E). He has undertaken M&E for a range of sectors including community development, natural resource management (NRM), primary industries and climate change in Australia and the Asia- Pacific region. He has also worked internally as a Senior Advisor within the Victorian Auditor General s Office (2014) and in the Victorian Department of Primary Industries (2012) and as an M&E Officer with an International NGO in Cambodia ( ).
