The objective of this paper is to design a spatial dynamic modeling language, which can be embedded in the GIS so as to provide the support to simulate complex space - time processes for database management and algorit hm optimization. The language can also provide a clear logic diagram for building a spatial dynamic model and a quantitative and simulated tool for management of nat ural resources, environmental and ecological application.
