Travel 16 miles and exit PA 563 Perkasie. Make a right at top of ramp. Make a left on 563. Drive 1 mile then left on Lonely Rd. This is a narrow left turn for large rigs. From I-476: Exit 31 toward Lansdale PA-63. Make right onto PA-63E. Turn right on 563. Turn right on Lonely Rd.

4 Show Rules & Guidelines ENTRIES: Pre-entries are highly recommended and pre-entries close Monday August 6. Entries can be faxed to or mailed to Mary Norris 525 Fourth Ave, Avon by the Sea, NJ Entries will not be accepted by . Post entry fee of $20. COGGINS: The State of Pennsylvania requires that all horses must be in possession of a current negative Coggins Certificate (E.I.A.) dated within the previous 12 months. We will not accept or process any animal whose negative Coggins Certificate, or copy thereof (issued after August 9, 2012) does not accompany the horse. The show may retain a copy for its records. Please provide veterinary proof of rhino/influenza vaccination. If you do not have veterinary proof please be prepared to show receipt of purchase and date of administration. No numbers will be issued without both coggins and rhino/influenza vaccination proof. PARKING: There will be separate parking for cars and trailers. Parking attendants will be available to ensure proper placement of vehicles. DOGS: Please keep dogs on a leash. No exceptions. Any dog that disrupts the performance of a horse in the show ring will pay double the entry fee for that class. POSTED ORDERS: All classes with at least $1,000 in prize money will have posted orders. Orders will be made available at least one hour before start of class and posted at both the show office and the ingate. Any entries made after the order is posted will go first in order. SCHOOLING: Main Ring Friday 6 AM-7:30 AM: schooling over fences permitted Main Ring Saturday 6 AM- 7:30 AM: flatwork only Main Ring Sunday 6 AM- 7:30 AM & as scheduled during day: schooling over fences permitted Annex Ring Sunday 6 AM-7:45 AM & as scheduled during day: schooling over fences permitted LUNGING: Lunging will be permitted in the covered roundpen and at specified locations during the show day. There will be no lunging in any show ring at any time. RING INFORMATION: Main Ring 130 x 280 Screenings Indoor Ring 80 x 184 Screenings and Rubber Sand Ring 60 x 120 Sand and Rubber FEES: Any non-negotiable checks will be charged a $100 collections fee. MEMBERSHIPS: Riders/Owners/Trainers need not be members of the AHS to show at this competition, however, you will not receive AHS points without proper membership. Forms will be available in the show office to sign up for both AHS and Marshall & Sterling points.. ADDITIONAL RULES: Exhibitors are notified that any act of discourtesy or disobedience to the Judges or Officials on the part of any owner, rider, driver, trainer or groom may disqualify the horse, and the owner will forfeit all entry and other fees. The Committee reserves the right to prohibit any person from attending or showing a horse and to remove any horse or groom from the Show without being liable for compensation. The Committee will not be responsible for any accident which may occur to any rider, driver, trainer, groom or attendant, animal, carriage or equipment at the Show. Should any questions arise that are not provided for in the rules, the same will be referred to the Show Committee whose decision shall be final. No person(s) suspended by USEF will be allowed on premises.

5 PRIZE MONEY: All prize money will be paid through the Show Office. Prize monies will be deducted from horse show bills. If you choose to close out your bill prior to judge s cards being received in the Show Office a prize money check will be mailed to the owner on record within 30 days of the completion of the show. AHS POINTS: 3 people must compete in each class in order for full points to be given towards the AHS Year End Awards. Classes may run with 2 entries, awarding 3 points for first place, and 2 points for 2nd. RIDER AGE: as of December 1 of the current show year. CLASS WINNERS: All special class winners will be given Thank You cards addressed to the sponsor of the class. Please do not disregard these. Please be sure to fill out your card and mail to the sponsor. All envelopes will be addressed upon receipt. If the class sponsor wishes to present your award you MUST make yourself available. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you fail to be present for your award presentation you will forfeit your award and your prize money will be donated to Grand View Hospital. HELMETS: All riders and exhibitors must wear USEF approved (ASTM/SEI) headgear at all times while mounted. MOTORIZED VEHICLES: No motorized vehicles of any kind are permitted. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule. STABLING: A limited number of stalls are available at $50/night. Shavings provided. Please call ahead to confirm availability. Day stalls may be available. RIDER S TENT: Riders, trainers, and owners on record will receive a wristband for admission to the rider s tent upon picking up their numbers. Wristband entitles riders/trainers/owners to snacks & beverages but not VIP tables. EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT USEF AND AHS RULE BOOK. USEF SCHOOLING RULES WILL APPLY.

M&S Children s Pony Medal Fence Height: Small/Medium 2 Large 2 6 Entry Fee: $30 Open to Junior Riders on ponies that are not competing at the same show in any hunter or equitation class in which the fences exceed 3 3. To be shown over a minimum of 8 fences the required height with at least two changes of direction after the first fence. A combination is optional, and must be adjusted according to fence heights. Two or more tests of the top four competitors are required. The same pony must be used in all phases. Only one rider per pony. (Riders may not ride in more than one height section of the class.) Three riders must complete the course in order for points to count. The rider must be a member in order for points to count toward qualifying for the Finals. No cross entry of rider into the M&S Children s Horse Medal at the same show. 47. Marshall & Sterling Children s Hunter Horse Medal Fence Height: 3 Entry Fee: $30 Open to Junior Riders on horses that are not competing at the same show in any hunter or equitation class in which the fences exceed 3 3. To be shown over a minimum of 8 fences the required height including a combination and at least two changes of direction after the first fence. To be shown over minimum of 8 fences at 3 including a combination and at least two changes of direction after the first fence. Two or more tests of the top four competitors are required. The same horse must be used in all phases. Only one rider per horse. Three riders must complete the course in order for points to count. The rider must be a member in order for points to count toward qualifying for the Finals. Jumper Classes No nominating fees. Time allowed will be calculated at 382 yards/minute. Any horse, regardless of winnings, is eligible to enter any class.
